I had a dental filling redone, and the experience was surprisingly smooth from start to finish. The dentist was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why, which made me feel much more comfortable going in.

My grandmother had removable dentures made elsewhere, but they didn't work; they kept falling out. Then she tried another clinic, but the dentist didn't show her how to remove them. She couldn't take them off, so they told her to just leave them as they were. She didn't tell her children anything about it. It wasn't until everyone found out that we brought her here for a check-up, and we…

discovered that several surrounding teeth were damaged. Luckily, my uncle had removable dentures made here before and they worked well, so he recommended my grandmother. The doctors were very gentle, explained everything thoroughly, and even repaired her old dentures for free so she could eat temporarily while they treated the damaged teeth. Now she's smiling happily and can eat with her new dentures. I think the clinic is a bit low-key, but the prices are very reasonable, and the doctors' skills are excellent.

I book an appointment in advance, but they still made me wait for like half an hour for that, even though the clinic was empty and I was on time. Not the best,no respect to a client time. But the doctor was wondering and kind. Very professional, with a great English. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s a bit uncomfortable going to a dentist.

About

What this clinic actually does.

Euro Dental Hanoi (Nha Khoa Euro Dental) is a dental clinic located on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street in central Hanoi, Vietnam, offering dental care positioned around European clinical standards and treatment protocols. The clinic's name reflects its commitment to applying European approaches to dental practice within the Vietnamese healthcare environment, providing patients with access to internationally aligned dental care at local cost levels.

Hanoi is one of Southeast Asia's growing dental tourism destinations, and clinics like Euro Dental Hanoi contribute to this landscape by offering a range of dental services with an internationally oriented approach. The Nguyen Thai Hoc Street location places the clinic in a well-known central Hanoi area, conveniently accessible for both local patients and tourists staying in the city's central districts.

Dental implants are a primary service at Euro Dental Hanoi. Implant treatment provides a long-term tooth replacement solution that closely replicates the function and appearance of natural teeth, and the clinic's implant services cover single-tooth replacements as well as more extensive restorations involving multiple implants or implant-supported prosthetics. Pre-surgical planning using diagnostic imaging ensures that implant placement is precisely executed, minimizing risk and supporting predictable long-term outcomes.

Orthodontic treatment is available for patients seeking alignment correction through braces or modern aligner systems. Orthodontic consultations assess the type and severity of misalignment and recommend the most suitable treatment approach, whether through fixed metal or ceramic bracket systems or removable clear aligner options. Both adolescent and adult orthodontic patients are welcomed at the clinic.

Cosmetic dentistry at Euro Dental Hanoi includes porcelain crowns and veneers, which are used to restore or enhance the aesthetic appearance of teeth. These ceramic restorations address concerns including tooth discoloration, chips, cracks, or shape irregularities, producing natural-looking results that integrate with the surrounding teeth. Teeth whitening treatments are also available as a non-invasive cosmetic option for patients seeking a brighter smile without restorations.

Restorative dental care covers root canal therapy for infected teeth, composite fillings for cavities, and dental bridges for replacing missing teeth without implant surgery. General dental services including professional cleaning, tartar removal, and periodic check-ups complete the clinic's preventive care offering, providing patients with the full range of services needed for ongoing oral health maintenance.

The clinic's European standard orientation means that clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and treatment planning approaches are aligned with the expectations of international patients who may be familiar with dental care in Europe or other developed dental markets. This makes Euro Dental Hanoi a reassuring choice for expatriates living in Hanoi, international students, and dental tourism visitors seeking a practice environment that mirrors the standards they are accustomed to at home.

Vietnam's dental care cost advantage over Western markets is well established, with procedures such as dental implants, porcelain crowns, and orthodontic treatment typically available at a fraction of prices in the UK, Germany, Australia, or the United States. Euro Dental Hanoi's combination of European clinical standards and Vietnamese cost levels makes it a compelling option for patients who want both quality and value in their dental care decisions while in Hanoi.

Questions

What people ask this clinic.

What treatments does Euro Dental Hanoi specialise in?

Euro Dental Hanoi focuses on three core areas: dental implants built to European standards, orthodontic treatments including clear aligners and traditional braces, and cosmetic dentistry such as porcelain veneers and smile makeovers. The clinic also provides general dental care including crowns, bridges, teeth whitening, and routine check-ups. Located on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street in central Hanoi, the clinic is set up to serve international patients who want quality results without the long waiting times common in many Western countries.

How much can I save on dental treatment compared to Australia or the UK?

Patients travelling from Australia, the UK, or the US typically save between 60 and 80 percent on comparable treatments at Euro Dental Hanoi. A single dental implant in Australia often costs AUD 4,500 to AUD 6,000; in Hanoi the equivalent procedure generally ranges from AUD 900 to AUD 1,800, depending on the implant brand and complexity. Porcelain veneers that cost GBP 700 to GBP 1,000 per tooth in the UK can be done for GBP 150 to GBP 300 per tooth. These savings often more than cover the cost of flights and accommodation in Hanoi.

Is Euro Dental Hanoi accredited or certified?

Euro Dental Hanoi operates under the licensing and oversight requirements of the Vietnamese Ministry of Health, which sets standards for equipment sterilisation, infection control, and practitioner qualifications. The clinic applies European clinical protocols, which is reflected in its name and approach. When booking, you can ask the clinic directly for copies of its operating licence and the professional credentials of the treating dentists. Looking at the clinic's 124 verified reviews and 4.94 average rating on SmileJet gives a strong indication of consistent patient satisfaction over time.

Does the clinic have English-speaking staff?

Yes. Euro Dental Hanoi caters to international patients and its front-desk and clinical teams communicate in English. Staff can explain treatment plans, pricing, and post-care instructions clearly in English, which helps patients feel confident throughout the process. Written treatment plans and invoices are also provided in English on request. If you have a particularly complex case or specific terminology you want to confirm, it is worth noting that in writing when you submit your initial enquiry so the right team member can assist you.

How many days should I plan for my dental trip to Hanoi?

For most implant patients, a stay of 5 to 7 days covers the initial consultation, implant placement, and a review appointment before departure. Veneer cases (typically 6 to 10 teeth) usually need 4 to 6 days, allowing time for tooth preparation, temporary fittings, and bonding of the final porcelain. Orthodontic consultations can often be completed in a single visit, with follow-up managed remotely or on a return trip. Many patients combine their dental treatment with sightseeing in Hanoi's Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and day trips to Ha Long Bay.

What implant brands does Euro Dental Hanoi use?

Euro Dental Hanoi uses implant systems sourced from European manufacturers, consistent with its commitment to continental-standard care. Common brands used in clinics with this European positioning in Vietnam include Straumann, Nobel Biocare, and MIS implants. When you request a quote, ask the clinic to specify the exact implant brand and origin so you can compare it against your dentist at home. Reputable European implant systems come with long-term manufacturer warranties and are widely supported by dentists in Australia, the UK, and Europe should you need any follow-up care after returning home.

Can I get veneers and implants done in a single trip?

Combining veneers and implants in one trip is possible with careful scheduling, though the two procedures have different timelines. Implants require a healing period of 3 to 6 months before the final crown is placed, so many patients have the implant post placed on one visit and return for the crown later. Veneers, however, can be completed in a single trip of about 4 to 5 days. A common approach is to complete the veneers and have the implant post placed during the same visit, then return after the osseointegration period for the final implant crown. Euro Dental Hanoi can advise a sequenced treatment plan during your initial consultation.

What technology and equipment does the clinic use?

Clinics in Vietnam applying European standards typically invest in digital X-ray systems, intraoral scanners, and CAD/CAM milling technology for same-day or rapid crown fabrication. Euro Dental Hanoi's European positioning suggests a focus on modern diagnostic and treatment tools that reduce radiation exposure, improve accuracy of impressions, and shorten chair time. During your initial consultation or enquiry, you can ask specifically about the imaging equipment, sterilisation systems, and whether the clinic has an in-house dental laboratory, as an in-house lab usually means faster turnaround on crowns and veneers.

How does aftercare and remote follow-up work after I return home?

Euro Dental Hanoi, like most internationally oriented clinics in Hanoi, typically provides written post-treatment instructions and a care summary you can share with your local dentist at home. For implant patients, the osseointegration period (3 to 6 months after placement) requires no active intervention beyond standard oral hygiene. Most clinics support remote follow-up via photos or brief video consultations to check healing progress. For any urgent concerns after returning home, your local dentist can assist and refer to the treatment records the clinic provides. Building a relationship with a local dentist for routine maintenance is always recommended alongside any dental tourism treatment.

How do I book a consultation or get a treatment quote?

The simplest way to start is through the SmileJet profile for Euro Dental Hanoi, where you can send an enquiry directly. For the best quote, include clear photos of your teeth (front and side views, plus any problem areas), a brief description of what you want to achieve, and whether you have recent X-rays your current dentist can share. The clinic will typically respond within 1 to 2 business days with a preliminary treatment plan and price estimate. Once you have the quote and feel confident, you can confirm your preferred travel dates and the clinic will schedule appointments around your stay in Hanoi.
