I recently had my wisdom tooth extracted here and wanted to share my objective experience for everyone's reference. First, regarding the initial examination: the doctor provided clear advice about my condition, took X-rays, and explained the direction of my wisdom tooth's growth, the difficulty level, and any potential risks. This helped me feel more at ease before deciding to have it extracted. During the procedure, the medical team worked relatively professionally. The doctor performed the procedure decisively, and with anesthesia, it was almost painless, only feeling a slight pressure. The assistants were helpful and guided me to stay calm. After the extraction, I received detailed instructions on how to care for myself: take medication on time, avoid rinsing vigorously, and avoid eating hard/hot foods for the first few days. The clinic also scheduled a follow-up appointment to check the wound. I highly recommend you try it!

The clinic is gentle, provides attentive care, and is clean. My child is always happy and excited every time we go for a dental check-up.

I had an extremely negative experience at Dr. Linh Dental Care & Beauty in Đà Nẵng and would not recommend this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt disorganized. The staff appeared confused and unsure about basic details, which immediately raised concerns about how the clinic was being run. During my consultation, I was quoted one price for the procedure. However, once the treatment was finished, several additional charges were suddenly added that had never been discussed beforehand. When I questioned these unexpected fees, the receptionist became defensive and refused to provide a clear or detailed breakdown of the costs. The lack of transparency around pricing was very concerning. Even more troubling was the procedure itself. The person performing it did not seem properly trained, which made the experience uncomfortable and worrying. Overall, my experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Based on what I experienced, I would strongly caution others to ask for detailed written pricing and confirm the qualifications of the staff before agreeing to any treatment at this clinic.

We went for an initial consultation which we were told was free I thought that included free X-ray like most Vietnam dentist. To our surprise at the end they tried to charge us 200k each to which I expressed my unhappiness. We also found their estimate to be almost double what we found at a reputable dentist 5 minutes away. In my opinion and only in my opinion I feel this office takes advantage of foreigners that don't do their homework. Luckily I did and I had already three dentists lined up to give me estimates.

‼️🚨Important update‼️🤬 I'd like to update my previous positive review and honestly describe a situation that arose several months after completing treatment. I had two implants placed in my lower jaw. After the crowns were placed and the osseointegration period was complete, the following was discovered: 1. The crown on the first implant was excessively ground down. Due to the excessive grinding, the crown was too low, which created an imbalance in my bite and redistributed the load onto the adjacent teeth and the second implant. 2. The second implant, about six months after the crown was placed, began to loosen. I went to the clinic, where they simply tightened the retaining screw, but the underlying cause was not addressed. After a second visit, the situation completely repeated itself: just two weeks later, the crown on the implant became loose again. This is a clear sign that the crown was manufactured or installed incorrectly—either too high or with incorrect occlusal contacts, causing the fixing screw to regularly loosen under chewing loads. It's important to note: an examination at another clinic showed that the osseointegration and implant positioning were normal. The problem lay specifically in the prosthetic component—the improper fit of the crowns and poor bite control. As a result, I had to go to another clinic and have the crown reinstalled/adjusted by a different specialist. Unfortunately, experience showed that the crown work was poorly done, and repeated visits to the original clinic did not resolve the issue.

The dental clinic was excellent, very dedicated and gentle, I'm very satisfied.

I'm usually very apprehensive about going to the dentist, but I felt completely at ease here. The doctors are caring, and everyone here is gentle, cheerful, and meticulous, working cleanly and professionally. I really liked it!
