consulting assessment, personal charisma, and thoroughly paced explanations were an immediate tick in all boxes. So much so that after leaving the assessment session, I took a stroll through the city for an hour on my way to my other planned assessments. During a brief coffee stop, an overwhelming notion hit me that I will most likely not receive such a welcome and calming influence as I had just experienced. It was truly profound. Therefore, I made an immediate U-turn straight back to Professor Cem's clinic and wonderful team to make my commitment to go forward with my treatments. Upon the first day of treatment, the reassurances, relaxed atmosphere, and comforting humour and banter within the entire team was incredible. Any nervous energy i carried into the clinic that day literally evaporated. I had 3 sessions in total for phase 1 of my schedule. Days 2 and 3 were just so easy. End of day 3, I was a little overwhelmed by the renewed and fearless patient I became, and all is due to Cem and his clinical team. In total, I had 2 extractions, a temporary bridge, and 8 implants. I must, in all good conscience, recommend no other clinic for such work, and I eagerly await my return to complete this positive transformation i desperately needed. o outline the challenges I faced during my dental treatment. First and foremost, there was no aftercare plan or advice provided. It has been nearly two years since my treatment was completed, yet I have had to visit a UK dentist eight times to re-glue crowns that have come loose and fallen out. I was assured that it was impossible for my crowns to break. Additionally, the staff at the practice often spoke to each other in different languages, and at times, I felt as though they were discussing me and laughing when I was in pain. Despite paying for what was advertised as the best possible treatment using the strongest materials, my UK dental surgeon recently informed me that I have a crack in one of my crowns and a chip in another. This does not match the quality I was promised. After spending over £18,000 on my treatment, I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to Dr. Cem Baysal to think twice. I recently informed Dr. Baysal about these issues, and his response was merely to confirm that I had paid for the strongest materials and that it shouldn’t have cracked. His reply was, “Let's see you if possible” and “We can see you better.” I found this response quite baffling. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Dr. Cem Baysal. I always allow some time before leaving a review; while everything might seem fine immediately after treatment, the test of time is crucial in assessing the durability of the work performed. Unfortunately, in this instance, it has not held up. BE WARNED.

Like every services in dentistry, the needs of a patient have to be known by the doctor, and the patient has to come to doctor’s clinic. Besides the warranty, I always welcomed everyone who needs me, if they wish. I didn’t understand why my invitation is being found baffling. No one has to talk in your language always, besides my nurse can talk only in three languages, Turkish, Russian and Bulgarian. While working hours and hours, let other people communicate in their languages. The crack in one tooth can always be because of a lot of reasons, if I didn’t want to change for free, you can complain, but we didn’t even see or hear. You since two years. You had very complicated treatments like implants and crowns. Implants crowns are being glued with a dedicated glue, can be out sometimes, that’s because if inner screws need to be accessed if needed. Again I wish you could visit us to solve your problems.

happy with the results. I also always enjoyed visiting with him and his staff and meeting his wife and son. The office welcomed me in like family. Sadly last summer I lost my home to a fire with my night retainer inside. It took several months to return to Istanbul and coordinate an appointment, during which time my teeth shifted. Dr. Baysal found out the reason why I lost the retainer and he did not charge me anything for all of the free work that he did AND all the months of Invisalign. Basically he helped me more than FEMA! He is an incredible dentist, and really kind and loving human. I feel so grateful to have this wonderful doctor. Seeing him will improve your life!

Best dentist i meet so far! Preparing the shoulders for the crowns was like someone was playing the violine in an orchestra....it was great! They fit 100%. My visit didn’t go well. The clinic looks old and doesn’t seem to have enough proper equipment for good dental treatment. He also doesn’t have enough staff to help. I honestly wouldn’t feel comfortable paying for services there. I’m also not sure why he charges prices similar to Europe for every dental treatment.
The BEST. I have travelled from Australia for 8 years to see Dr Cem. A treasure and my work is still perfect this check up. It's probably been 10 years since the original work done.
