started to search for an expert. I'm from Bulgaria, changing places due to my work worldwide. When I discovered Dr. Cem,having read his many good reviews, I knew he was the one. I booked a consultation, we talked and his expertise, his calming voice, excellent English and communication made me assured I was at the right place. The rest is history. I'm so glad with all the implants he did for my missing teeth and can't wait to go back for my full crowns, which you can see many excellent examples of, at his Instagram page. Another important point is, how impeccable and spotless his clinic is and he has an excellent team of assistants, especially his receptionist whom I've been always in contact with about all the appointments and everything. doesn’t feel like he cares about your real dental needs at all . it’s just about what makes him the most money, what’s fast, and what’s easier for him. You feel more like a wallet than a patient. His clinic is old and outdated, with equipment that looks like it hasn’t been upgraded in about 30 years. Yet his prices are crazy almost three times higher than other dentists in the city. Paying more would be fine if the quality was better, but it’s not. I strongly don’t recommend this poor dude . Please save your money, your time, and your teeth. Go somewhere else. I don’t want anyone else to go through the same mistake I made. And those 5-star reviews you see? Most of them aren’t even from his patients. Some might be, but most are his friends, family, and relatives that he asked to write reviews for him. He even asked me to give him 5 stars after my treatment, which I didn’t, because I always wait at least a month to see the results before giving feedback.

I returned to Dr Cems clinic in early March 2023 to have my dental work completed. I had 19 x Zirconium Crowns individually fitted and 4 Zirconium Crown implants fitted, I also had shoulder treatment, very important procedure which I would highly recommend. I highly recommend Dr Cem Baysal and his team, for their professionalism,knowledge, and how well I was looked after by everyone. X-rays and sometimes get a specialist’s opinion before placing implants. None of this was done. I paid $7,000 for four implants and crowns, which is almost three times more than what other dentists charge in the same city. After I returned to the U.S., the work failed very quickly. My dentist here had to remove one crown within a week. The others also had serious problems like infection and constant bleeding. Now, all implants must be removed. When I contacted him, he admitted he made mistakes and offered to remove and glue the crowns back. This is not a proper fix. Crowns often crack when removed, and gluing them back does not fix the real problem underneath. During treatment, his behavior was also unprofessional. He rushed, dropped tools into my throat several times, and his hands were shaking, which was very scary. I strongly warn people from the U.S. and U.K. not to get treatment here. Even if he offers free fixes, the risk, poor quality, and unsafe behavior are not worth it. Patients pay for professional and safe care, and this clinic does not meet proper medical standards.
