Arrogant and unprofessional dentist, after spending 2.5 hours waiting for help for a painful tooth, does not want to open the tooth but only prescribes antibiotics, charges a 10kn co-payment and tells me to see my dentist on Monday. I wonder where she graduated from????

The older lady in the medical-biochemistry lab is extremely careless. That is, she refuses to give me a very simple explanation, which took me an hour to get an answer from her younger colleague.

BAT testing is extremely uncomfortable, I recommend choosing another facility

Poorly organized vaccination. Everyone stands in one line. There is no separation by dose. They vaccinate in a crowded hallway, thus putting mostly older people at risk of infection. The doctor himself determines who will be vaccinated with what. Complete amateurism and treating people like cattle.

The nurse and doctor have their phones on silent and are not answering calls at all. When I arrived at the health center, the waiting room was completely empty, and when I asked why they were not answering, she showed me the phone on silent because 'they have a lot of work'. This corona has come as a godsend to them to work even less than usual.

The unit for the Lord who answered my phone call, I don't know what their name is, did not introduce themselves. My request was very simple and solvable.

Always ready to listen, help, give advice and receive the patient with special care and understanding. Appointments are arranged by phone, as well as ordering medicine or taking blood. In emergencies, they see you without prior appointment. The Dr. is professional and educated, I can trust her…
