I'll just write that the nurse I work with is also arrogant and rude!

Mrs. Dragana walked into the office abruptly and nervously while another patient was sitting in the dental chair and the treatment was in progress. She demanded to speak to me immediately, insulting my assistant and with no respect for the patient in the chair. I tried to explain to her that a clinical examination was required for a dental passport for her daughter, but the lady demanded the document immediately without an examination. She needed the document in 2 days for school, but she remembered at the last minute. Her daughter had last had a check-up 2 years ago (in 2024). The lady became extremely unstable and started insulting me and the assistant and told us to our faces that we were arrogant. The assistant and I are very upset by this situation and we cannot believe that someone could behave like this due to their own irresponsibility. Shame on you.
An extremely professional and expert team that explains every step during the examination or in the treatment process. They have an excellent approach with children who recognize this and go to them without the usual cramp and fear. They are extremely careful in their work, they pay a lot of attention to avoiding pain for the patient and they have an extremely "gentle" hand which makes the whole…

I highly recommend Dental Studio Caktaš. Extremely professional, meticulous and thorough in their work. They also have an excellent approach towards children, so my son's visit to the dentist is always pleasant. A super well-equipped office.

Best dentist and staff! Very professional and kind to patients. The doctor explained the procedure in detail to ease my fears and then proceeded to do his job with complete professionalism. I had absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. The office is very clean, well organized and up to date. Dental work is never fun, but they make the process much easier. I would definitely recommend.

e I believe he doses the information depending on how much someone shows interest, but it was great for me 😄 Only time will tell about the quality of his work, but so far I have no complaints. In fact, he takes all feedback seriously and dedicates himself to meticulous work. I also praise him for not cramming patients into his schedule, but leaving enough time so that no one waits and that everyone is given equal attention. The woman at the reception is also very nice. All in all, from the entrance to the exit, a very nice experience :)
