Sincere recommendations for dental studio Caktaš! Extremely kind and professional. Dr. Caktaš explained the procedure in detail and answered every question I had, and Dr. Čolak was very careful and patient in her work. I no longer have any fear or anxiety about visiting the dentist. Thank you!

Excellent experience! The doctor and the entire team are extremely professional, kind and patient. Everything was explained in detail, I felt safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. The office is modern, tidy and relaxing. I especially appreciate the attentive approach and care for the patient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable dentist.

Excellent experience! The doctor and the nurse are top experts, and the nurse is extremely kind and helpful. The doctors explain everything thoroughly before each procedure, and are careful and patient. The office is modern, clean, and the atmosphere is always positive. Highly recommended!

When asked over the phone if I can enroll through the HZZO, they say come, no problem. I barely manage to find a time that fits their schedule (as if it takes hours of work, but okay) - I get an appointment for it and come to the office where I am greeted by 3 sweet-talking but unprofessional and frivolous people who work there and say that they can't enroll me. me that right away on the phone and why are they wasting my time? - a young guy, a VJV doctor, says impudently, "Excuse me, that's how it turned out" and turns his back on me. It didn't turn out that way, but you expected me to force private appointments that are paid for (which I refused) even though you have a contract with the HZZO to which I, as a legal, employed citizen of the Republic of Croatia, have every right. Impudently, rudely and without any respect in communication. If there was a zero, I would give you a zero.
This is the first review I have ever written and will probably remain the only one I ever do.. pretty much says it all for this team of absolute professionals. Special thanks to dr. Caktas for performing several truly complex procedures to perfection, saving me the pain and effort of opting for an unnecessary implant at this stage (something I was previously advised by different doctors),…
