We've been there a number of times and the experience was perfect. The staff is outstanding and the work they do is careful and meticulous. We're very happy to have found MyDentiss so close to home. Highly recommended. Un trato inmejorable.

It's been a long time since I last went, but I've had several treatments for many years and they've always gone very well, and the same goes now. They always treat you very well. Everyone is very kind and attentive, and they're very professional. I always leave very happy. My family also goes there and they're delighted. I recommend it 100%.

Impeccable service, excellent attention, planning (in my case, several implants that lasted several months), and, most importantly, the execution of the treatments. Jordi, the surgeon, was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Incredible, kind, and super friendly service. The cleaning was quick, the clinic is super modern, and the equipment is brand new. They gave me much more information than any other dentist has, and they explained everything very well. 10/10 I'll be back!

a huge abscess from a decayed tooth that you also didn't see. I followed up through Social Security at a Pamplona primary care center. I asked for an urgent appointment. It's incomprehensible that since I visited your clinic, three different people have visited me with at least seven X-rays and a 3D image, and no one has noticed or mentioned anything about cavities. Therefore, when I returned from my trip, one of your hygienists visited me. She kept me in the chair waiting for a long time, and she seriously hurt me by placing a small appliance in my mouth. I told her about it, and she got upset. I had to go to another dentist. You made me doubt his work. I came to complain of severe pain in an upper front tooth that had shifted and twisted outward, near one of the crowns you placed with a lot of pressure because it was difficult to insert. I had to go to another dentist to get a night guard to prevent such excessive shifting. Even on another visit two months later with the same problem, I suggested that it might be better to remove the crown to relieve tension on the tooth. At that time, you did an X-ray of the tooth to tell me it had necrosis. I was shocked; a tooth that was healthy and so close to the implant was dying. I have an X-ray from three months ago from treatment at another dentist, which shows that the tooth's position was not as it had been after the implant. It was excruciating pain for months. That's why I had to go to two other dentists. I was scared and wanted to get more opinions. Many additional expenses and a bad experience. In my reviews section, I mention bad experiences, which should be a positive way for these centers to improve. Good reviews mean that the people who buy from them become loyal and remain customers for years. Normally, you'll receive good service, which is what you pay for. If not, this is the most gentle way to report it.

Response from the owner Edited 5 months agoHello Carmen, We're deeply disappointed by your review, but at the same time, we're not surprised, since out of the 34 reviews you've posted on Google, only 6 have more than three stars, which reflects that, unfortunately, you're rarely satisfied with the services you receive. We're sorry the same thing happened to us, even though you didn't express it in person and you always felt comfortable when you were here. It's also been 5 months since you've canceled all your visits. When you arrived in 2024 to have your implants placed, we had a great connection. Our team did their job. Along the way, we saw a cavity in one of your teeth on the subgingival root (which we didn't actually see during the OPG, but we did see when we performed the periapical procedure). We explained that it had to be done with a gingivectomy, which you refused, out of fear and apprehension about undergoing that procedure. We explained the different treatment options to you, as well as the consequences of accepting or refusing certain procedures. In your case, you refused it by your own choice, accepting the risk. You returned months later to tell us that they had managed to treat the cavity at another clinic WITHOUT a gingivectomy. We told you it wasn't possible. We performed x-rays, and you yourself observed how the decay continued in the subgingival area, which would continue to progress with the consequences we initially told you about. You understood and told us you would leave a VERY NEGATIVE review at the other clinic. Thank you very much for the information provided. We also asked if you could have these x-rays, to which we agreed. You returned months later with a gumboil in a tooth that had already been treated with a root canal, and which we already told you had an image! You didn't tell me about the cavities you mentioned at the time, so I can't answer that. But what I can answer is when you say the crowns were too tight and we moved the tooth. We showed you the initial scan, and you saw how your tooth was already like that when you came in the first time! And you agreed with us, Carmen! And the necrotic tooth you mentioned was already like that, but without symptoms. It has nothing to do with us placing crowns on implants. Part of my team has been following you through all your discomfort, Saturdays, Sundays, and even at Christmas via WhatsApp. We have followed up with you (as we do with everyone) exceptionally well, which is why we don't understand your review. We understand that everyone can freely express their opinion, and that is completely respectable, even if we don't agree with what you convey in this review. I went there for some emergency during my visit in Barcelona : my current retainer broke. The team was super reactive ! They replied on January 1st, and the meeting was booked for the day after ! I went there and there work was amazing ! The team is very nice and caring. The treatment was fast and the day after, I had my new retainer ! I 100% recommend going there.

I came to the clinic with a complicated orthodontic case, and now, two years later, I have a smile I never thought possible.
