We're sorry the same thing happened to us, even though you didn't express it in person and you always felt comfortable when you were here. It's also been 5 months since you've canceled all your visits. When you arrived in 2024 to have your implants placed, we had a great connection. Our team did their job. Along the way, we saw a cavity in one of your teeth on the subgingival root (which we didn't actually see during the OPG, but we did see when we performed the periapical procedure). We explained that it had to be done with a gingivectomy, which you refused, out of fear and apprehension about undergoing that procedure. We explained the different treatment options to you, as well as the consequences of accepting or refusing certain procedures. In your case, you refused it by your own choice, accepting the risk. You returned months later to tell us that they had managed to treat the cavity at another clinic WITHOUT a gingivectomy. We told you it wasn't possible. We performed x-rays, and you yourself observed how the decay continued in the subgingival area, which would continue to progress with the consequences we initially told you about. You understood and told us you would leave a VERY NEGATIVE review at the other clinic. Thank you very much for the information provided. We also asked if you could have these x-rays, to which we agreed. You returned months later with a gumboil in a tooth that had already been treated with a root canal, and which we already told you had an image! You didn't tell me about the cavities you mentioned at the time, so I can't answer that. But what I can answer is when you say the crowns were too tight and we moved the tooth. We showed you the initial scan, and you saw how your tooth was already like that when you came in the first time! And you agreed with us, Carmen! And the necrotic tooth you mentioned was already like that, but without symptoms. It has nothing to do with us placing crowns on implants.
