Dear Daniali, We sincerely regret that your experience at our clinic did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that you visited our clinic as an emergency patient and that, despite not having available appointment slots in our schedule, we did everything possible to attend to you on the same day. An initial assessment was carried out in the morning, and you were seen again in the afternoon to relieve the main source of pain, reorganizing our agenda in order to provide you with immediate care. We are aware that you came in a situation of pain and with dental anxiety, and our objective at all times was to help you, reassure you, and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Our team, and particularly our receptionist, is known for a friendly, spontaneous, and approachable manner. We regret that, in your case, this attitude may have been interpreted as a lack of professionalism. Regarding the comments you mention in your review, we would like to state that at no time did the team present make any inappropriate remarks, such as the one you refer to as “Dracula,” nor were any such comments directed at you. Likewise, the reception staff’s attitude is always intended to be courteous, friendly, approachable, and spontaneous. We sincerely regret that this friendliness or spontaneity may have been misinterpreted and made you feel uncomfortable. Any interaction that causes a patient to feel this way does not reflect the values or professionalism of our clinic, and we take this type of feedback very seriously in order to continue improving our patient care.

Response from the owner Edited 5 months agoHello Carmen, We're deeply disappointed by your review, but at the same time, we're not surprised, since out of the 34 reviews you've posted on Google, only 6 have more than three stars, which reflects that, unfortunately, you're rarely satisfied with the services you receive. We're sorry the same thing happened to us, even though you didn't express it in person and you always felt comfortable when you were here. It's also been 5 months since you've canceled all your visits. When you arrived in 2024 to have your implants placed, we had a great connection. Our team did their job. Along the way, we saw a cavity in one of your teeth on the subgingival root (which we didn't actually see during the OPG, but we did see when we performed the periapical procedure). We explained that it had to be done with a gingivectomy, which you refused, out of fear and apprehension about undergoing that procedure. We explained the different treatment options to you, as well as the consequences of accepting or refusing certain procedures. In your case, you refused it by your own choice, accepting the risk. You returned months later to tell us that they had managed to treat the cavity at another clinic WITHOUT a gingivectomy. We told you it wasn't possible. We performed x-rays, and you yourself observed how the decay continued in the subgingival area, which would continue to progress with the consequences we initially told you about. You understood and told us you would leave a VERY NEGATIVE review at the other clinic. Thank you very much for the information provided. We also asked if you could have these x-rays, to which we agreed. You returned months later with a gumboil in a tooth that had already been treated with a root canal, and which we already told you had an image! You didn't tell me about the cavities you mentioned at the time, so I can't answer that. But what I can answer is when you say the crowns were too tight and we moved the tooth. We showed you the initial scan, and you saw how your tooth was already like that when you came in the first time! And you agreed with us, Carmen! And the necrotic tooth you mentioned was already like that, but without symptoms. It has nothing to do with us placing crowns on implants. Part of my team has been following you through all your discomfort, Saturdays, Sundays, and even at Christmas via WhatsApp. We have followed up with you (as we do with everyone) exceptionally well, which is why we don't understand your review. We understand that everyone can freely express their opinion, and that is completely respectable, even if we don't agree with what you convey in this review.
