The City Dental Clinic, with its tireless work and excellent staff, changed many things in me. My mouth was almost completely destroyed and with the broken teeth I had, I could not eat, I could not smile, I could not sleep because the pain would not leave me alone. Before going to this dental clinic, in many other places and clinics, I did not find a final solution or an explanation from the doctors for what I was looking for, I did not get an answer that could calm me down regarding my mouth. But at the City Dental Clinic, before they intervened in the work they decided to do to me, they explained everything to me in detail one by one. Doctor Ersted Muco and Doctor Gisela Muco, with perfect calmness and politeness in terms of speaking with their patients, offered me a very good hospitality and guaranteed me a perfect and painless job and that's what happened. Now I can eat, sleep peacefully at night and have a smile that I haven't had in a long time. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the work and kindness they gave me during the time I was in their clinic and all the staff who work with these two wonderful doctors.🙏🧿

Lovely, friendly and excellently trained staff with a good level of both English and Italian. Very thorough in their work and always available with explanations when required. They were very accomodating and flexible with their hours of work and really made sure that they tried their best to fit around my needs. Clean and professional at all times with an excellent medical knowledge and competence. Highly recommend.

A super positive experience from the moment I arrived, I knew I was in the right place to fix my smile. I had my teeth completely extracted and underwent surgery. The anesthesiologist was excellent; I felt nothing, and the technique used allowed me to get up immediately after the operation and return to the hotel without any problems. I returned after four months for permanent teeth, and I must say I couldn't have asked for anything better. The months with temporary teeth were really easy, there was no pain, and most importantly, they felt like they were my own. Now I have my permanent teeth, and I finished the work last week. The result was exceptional. The staff was super kind and very competent, Dr. Nico was excellent and precise, and his entire team was truly professional. I thank Gisela and her colleagues for their patience and expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend City Dental Clinic to everyone. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Now I smile proudly with my teeth, and above all, without any pain, and they feel like they were my own. I should have done it sooner. I had a very good experience at the dental clinic. The team was very responsive and helpful from the beginning, and they made everything easy and comfortable for us. I had teeth cleaning and polishing as well as a tooth extraction, and everything was done professionally. The dentist was calm and patient and did a wonderful job without any complaints. My wife also had teeth cleaning, polishing, and whitening, and she was very happy with the results. The prices were very fair, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Given my fear of this category and my disappointing experiences, after consulting various clinics in Tirana, City Dental Clinic was the one I chose. The reason? Intuition, the helpfulness of the doctor I spoke with. I was sometimes very insistent, but she was always available. The professionalism with which she explained things to me led me to the decision. In conclusion, I'm super happy to have met an exceptional implantologist, an excellent staff, and a truly wonderful welcome. Thank you. Having overcome my fear and faced everything with peace of mind is the best. Three years later, I returned, specifically on February 8, 2026, to have a 20-year-old bridge repaired that had caused me no small amount of problems, despite various family issues. They would have forced me not to leave, and to reluctantly turn to an Italian dentist (very expensive), I decided to return to Dr. Ersted Muco at the City Dental Clinic, obviously always working with Dr. Gisela, who, I must say, has become very, very good! I could give a symposium but would be very long. They are true professionals, good, competent, and maybe they don't offer spa services and other services like others do, but they certainly care about your dental health. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. See you in 5 months to complete everything. I returned to complete my process after about 4 and a half months. I have the smile I had lost, and I will never thank you enough for your humanity and professionalism.

I had lost hope that one day I would be able to smile and, above all, eat without difficulty. In Italy, they made me understand that I had to wear removable dentures and remove them every time I ate and slept.
