But at the City Dental Clinic, before they intervened in the work they decided to do to me, they explained everything to me in detail one by one. Doctor Ersted Muco and Doctor Gisela Muco, with perfect calmness and politeness in terms of speaking with their patients, offered me a very good hospitality and guaranteed me a perfect and painless job and that's what happened. met an exceptional implantologist, an excellent staff, and a truly wonderful welcome. Thank you. Having overcome my fear and faced everything with peace of mind is the best. Three years later, I returned, specifically on February 8, 2026, to have a 20-year-old bridge repaired that had caused me no small amount of problems, despite various family issues. They would have forced me not to leave, and to reluctantly turn to an Italian dentist (very expensive), I decided to return to Dr. Ersted Muco at the City Dental Clinic, obviously always working with Dr. Gisela, who, I must say, has become very, very good! I could give a symposium but would be very long. They are true professionals, good, competent, and maybe they don't offer spa services and other services like others do, but they certainly care about your dental health. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. See you in 5 months to complete everything. I returned to complete my process after about 4 and a half months. I have the smile I had lost, and I will never thank you enough for your humanity and professionalism.

I had a dental implant done over two trips to Tirana and had a great experience. Dr. Gisela was very kind and professional. On the advice of a colleague, I began researching clinics in Albania, and that's how I ended up at City Dental Clinic. From the very beginning, I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time: trust. The reviews, Dr. Ersted Muço's expertise, and the attention they give to their patients convinced me to take this step. A special thanks also goes to Mr. Klevin, who accompanied me through every stage of the estimate, responding with rare availability, at any time and without ever making me feel like a burden. Once at the clinic, they performed a 3D panoramic scan, and together we defined the best treatment plan. During the operation, for the first time after years of negative experiences, I felt calm and safe. And, despite being—as Dr. Ersted Muço joked—a "super difficult" patient, today I can say I'm back to eating peacefully, without pain, with all my teeth. In 2021 I underwent a complete implant package for a total of 26 teeth in two sessions 4 months apart with an amazing result and I am so proud of it because after 4 years and more I have not had the slightest problem. Doctor Muco is a phenomenon. Highly recommended.
