I've paid millions for braces with Dr. Ortho Ary. I took the best and most expensive braces package, around 10 million more spent at this clinic. But what I dislike most is the clinic's lack of professionalism. When patients have booked, they can cancel the day before or even the day of the check-up. Maybe it's the doctor's fault that CANNOT MANAGE TIME, but this is clearly detrimental to the patient. Secondly, what makes me angry and I decided to move clinics, let alone lose tens of millions. THE DOCTOR IS UNCOMMUNICATIVE. When patients are coming for treatment, they are never invited to chat, never greeted, never explained how my teeth are progressing over the past few months. The doctor is ONLY BUSY JOKING AND GOSSIPING WITH THE NURSE. Until the final day I moved, the doctor did not APOLOGIZE TO ME. Apologize for the inconvenience? NOTHING. Honestly, I'm disappointed. The first time I applied to transfer from one clinic to Audy Dental in Bali, I received less than satisfactory service. Then, last month, on the day before my scheduled check-up, the admin didn't confirm to the patient that there would be an appointment the following day. I didn't mind the lack of confirmation because I could have noted my braces appointment myself. But today, I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, and again, I didn't confirm. The consequence of this lack of confirmation was that, even though I had already made an appointment, my name wasn't added to the patient list for that day. So, when I entered the doctor's room, the doctor and assistant were confused because the patient in the room wasn't the one listed. But isn't it standard procedure for admins to confirm with both patients and doctors that their check-ups are scheduled? Isn't it also procedure that if a patient wants a tooth extraction, the admin is required to ask what should and should be asked, and what are the requirements and what is needed for wisdom tooth extraction? The admin instead guessed, arguing that he didn't ask for an X-ray because he assumed I already had one since I was undergoing braces treatment there. It's true that I did have an X-ray because I was undergoing braces. But in the doctor's office, the doctor wanted to examine my X-ray, and the admin didn't even ask for proof of an X-ray, even though it seems like it's absolutely mandatory, since it's a wisdom tooth extraction, and the doctor would definitely want to verify the results. Why did he guess and not ask for the proper procedure? As a result, I was tricked into just going there for a consultation and having to pay another, not cheap, consultation fee. Because what can I do? An X-ray is a physical examination, and if it could be photographed, I didn't even think about getting one because I wasn't asked for it. It's not just about the consultation fee, not wanting to pay or complaining or anything. Where's the professionalism of the admin? The thing is, before I decided to switch doctors from FDC Tangerang to Audy Dental Bali, it was also because FDC Bali didn't have an orthodontic doctor. Secondly, I chose Audy Dental because I trust it, and during my time in Tangerang, the Audy Dental admin at SN was very professional and didn't take patients for granted. Is this just me or what? I'm confused. Please, the admin should be more professional in their work, because patients also take time away from their work to get good care. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
