My first experience with treatment at CS Dental Citraland Surabaya was immediately very satisfied with the service. From the moment I entered, the clinic was very calm, clean, and modern, with excellent hygiene protocols in place, making me feel safe and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the administrative process was quick and hassle-free. What I appreciated most was the doctor, who was very professional and patient. Before the procedure, he explained my dental condition in detail, provided appropriate treatment options, and answered all my questions patiently. The procedure was also very careful and minimally painful. For Surabaya residents, especially those living around Citraland, if you're looking for a dental clinic with premium service standards but a communicative approach, CS Dental is highly recommended.
