Many of SmileJet's Nha Trang patients are Russian speakers; the clinic has no Russian-speaking dentist and works with them using translation tools. SmileJet books in English or Russian on WhatsApp or Messenger, at no charge to the patient.

Treatment Timelines: How Long You Will Actually Need

One of the most common planning errors for dental tourists is under-booking the trip. Daisy publishes no treatment durations, so ask the clinic for a written schedule for your case before you book flights. If you only have a few days, tell SmileJet first so the clinic can say whether it can finish in time.

Single Implant

Implant treatment is usually done in stages: the fixture is placed, the bone heals around it for some months, and then the abutment and crown are fitted. That usually means two trips. Some patients have their home dentist fit the final crown; confirm this with your home dentist before booking.

All-on-4 Per Arch

Full-arch treatment usually involves a workup, any extractions, fixture placement with a temporary bridge, and a final bridge fitted after healing on a later trip. Daisy publishes no All-on-4 price or schedule, so ask for both in writing.

Porcelain Veneers (4 to 10 Teeth)

Veneers usually involve a consultation and shade selection, tooth preparation and impressions, then a try-in, bite check and final fitting. Ask the clinic how many visits your case needs and whether everything can be done in one trip.

Full Smile Makeover

Combined veneer, crown and implant work, and complex cases with bone grafts, sinus lifts or orthodontic alignment, are often staged across more than one trip. Daisy publishes no smile makeover package, so ask for an itemised written plan.

Safety Checklist: The 6 Non-Negotiables

Before you pay a deposit, work through this checklist. Any clinic unwilling to meet all six markers is not ready for international-patient work.

1. Implant brand in writing. Your treatment plan must name the exact implant system (for example, Straumann BLX, Nobel Replace or Dentium) and include the lot number on the post-surgical receipt. Generic phrasing like "premium Korean implant" is a red flag.
2. Sterilisation protocol documented. Ask how instruments are sterilised and whether you can see the sterilisation area.
3. A language you understand. Treatment consent is a clinical-legal document. You must understand every section in your own language. Whether English-speaking staff are available at the Nha Trang branch is not confirmed, so ask before booking; SmileJet can help in English or Russian.

The chain offers 0% instalments on treatment from 10,000,000 VND, but its terms ask for a Vietnamese ID card, so visitors from abroad should plan to pay in full. Best Time to Visit

SmileJet has no source for Nha Trang's seasons, so check the weather for your dates with a travel guide. The branch told SmileJet it works through public holidays.

Accommodation

The clinic is at 83 Yersin, about 1 km inland from the beach road. A room with a kitchenette is useful for soft-food recovery after surgery. SmileJet has no partner hotels and makes no hotel bookings.

Getting Around

The clinic has no pickup service. Take a taxi or ride-hailing car. If you are staying in Doc Let, about 50 km away, the branch suggests bus or taxi.
