d welcoming environment, and you never feel like just another patient. She truly understands your unique needs and goes above and beyond to make each visit relaxing and fear free. She was always observing and asking questions, which made me feel completely seen and heard. As a testament to her unique approach, I have to mention one thing that made my experience unlike any other: while she was working, she would hum along to the songs playing on the radio. It sounds like a small thing, but it was incredibly effective at taking away my anxiety. The sound of the drills faded into the background, and the entire process felt so much more peaceful. Her talent and technique are the cornerstones of her practice, and she is truly a master of her craft. She is incredibly visual and has an exceptional ability to determine precisely what fits your unique facial structure. She takes a truly collaborative approach, patiently listening to all of my specific requests and offering expert advice to ensure the final result not only met but far exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy with the final result, and I can honestly say she is the reason I am smiling today and I can't recommend her enough.

I have been a long-time client of the clinic and I am very happy with yesterday's treatment! I had my teeth cleaned and sandblasted, and everything was top notch. I turned to Dr. Ivana for help in December 2017 due to the extremely poor condition of my upper jaw and a worn-out bridge on my lower jaw. Treated the tooth that needed the root canals done, and that took almost two months. I had to live with the temporary filling in my tooth and some “medicine” under it to “kill the nerve”, which resulted in unbearable pain during the landing and take off of the plane (I had to travel in between treatments) probably due to the changes in pressure. We first came to ZDC when my daughter had a toothache one Saturday and no one was available to see us or was not working. That's why we all "switched" from HZZO to ZDC. My wife had severe toothache and was seen as a patient just three hours after we called. Everything was very well-organized and coordinated! The treatment was excellent and professional! The best part was that Dr. Lucia Karlovic and her assistant created a truly relaxing atmosphere during the treatment by singing along to beautiful Dalmatian music – it was unparalleled.
