Westcoast International Dental Clinic (Thao Dien, District 2)

I asked about the cost before my first consultation, and the secretary clearly told me it would be $20. However, after the consultation—without any prior notice or explanation—the fee was increased to $65 just for the initial assessment of my problem. This unexpected charge was never communicated in advance, and I find it misleading and unprofessional. I would like clarification on why the price changed without informing me beforehand.

I visited Westcoast Dental to have my retainer fixed after it became loose shortly after a professional cleaning performed by their team in Hanoi. While the timing was close, I cannot say whether the loosening was actually related to the cleaning. Dr. Adrian kindly repaired it as a courtesy, which I greatly appreciated. I have also visited him before, and every appointment has always been very pleasant. His professionalism, attention to detail, and patient-focused care really stand out. A special shoutout as well to the Hanoi team around Dr. Arne. Over the years they performed fillings and a root canal treatment for me, both executed perfectly and with great care. I have been a patient at both the Saigon and Hanoi clinics for more than five years and have consistently experienced the same high level of professionalism and service. It is great to experience this level of professionalism, care, and patient-focused service. The quality and comfort level are truly outstanding.

I’ve had many visits to dentists in USA and Vietnam. Today my visit at Westcoast dental was amazing - perhaps the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever encountered. Thank you to my hygienists Ms. Bich and Ms. Thoa.

shout-out to Dr Juan (spain) + Dr Adrian (Germany) ! for there full professional attitude and well noticed experience! they explained step by step , with comfortable approach, that i slept in a root canal treatment because of trust! must mention that the treatment i got from dr Ha the (Vn) , was cold , unprofessional and effectively bad for well being. i truely recommend this clinic, the reception and the 2 expand doctors were amazing! pick and choose your doctor wisely. happy Teet holiday yall

The clinic is spotlessly clean, modern, and well equipped, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment for patients. Although the treatments can be a bit pricey, the quality of care and advanced technology make it a worthwhile investment for dental health.

Amazing experience for both my kids' dental care. My 6yo was very anxious and scared, but the dentist and staff were very patient, understanding, and accommodating of his anxiety. I've been to many pediatric dental offices, and this one is definitely one of the best experiences. From booking an appointment to the reminders and cleaning, it was all very smooth, sailing, and effortless. My whole family goes here, so I'm glad I've found a dental practice that sees adults and children.

After a frustrating ordeal with tooth 16 – a filling from a Central Park dentist had failed – I arrived at Dr. Juan's clinic filled with desperation and anxiety. I normally don't write reviews, but its my pleasure to write this one. I highly recommend this place, especially Dr. Adrien. I had pretty substantial amount of work done which included extraction, inlay and a front crown. The whole process has been very transparent and very pleasant. Dr. Adrien created a treatment plan around my concerns and made the whole process stress free. I am VERY happy with my results. I am even considering flying back to Vietnam to finish the rest of my treatment. If you come here, rest assured that you will be in great hands! Thank you again Dr. Adrien!

We were visiting family in Vietnam in February 2025 and my mom was looking for a dentist to get some dental work done. A friend whose dad has been going to Westcoast International Dental for the past 9 years recommended that we give this office a try. We met Dr. Ha for a consultant and from that very first visit, we knew she was a dentist who truly cared about her patients. From there, my mom went on to have her root canal, cap, and two teeth extractions done. Throughout the multiple visits, Dr. Ha was patient, caring, and explained every step of the procedures. Her patient care and skill are top notch, better than any luck we’ve had here in the states. We’re returning to Dr. Ha for all of our dental needs and recommend her in a heartbeat. Thanks Dr. Ha! The staff are all incredibly friendly as well.
