Whether you’re coming from the U.S. or Mexico, you couldn’t ask for a better spot or better service. You were the dentist who worked on my case, alongside your son Jordan and your team, and caused this disaster. Blaming a ‘previous dentist’ and acting like you had no part in it is completely dishonest. The claim that you made ‘several attempts to connect with me’ is also false. I was the one reaching out repeatedly, only to be ignored. Now, conveniently, because of my public review, you’re claiming to want to ‘make things right.’ I gave you years to resolve this, during which you delayed, ignored my concerns, and delivered substandard work while taking thousands of dollars from me. You dismissed my complaints, blamed me, and even tried to justify the poor results by belittling me. Now, after all this time—and only because my review is public—you suddenly want to ‘make things right’? I don’t buy it. What I need is a full refund of the $23,000 I paid your clinic so I can afford to fix the damage caused by your negligence. Empty words and vague email offers won’t cut it. I’ve spent a lot of money consulting specialists to evaluate and begin fixing the damage your clinic caused. A dentistry school specializing in implants quoted me $40,000 to fix the mess. Another dentist quoted me $20,000 for a less comprehensive fix. These are outrageous costs I’m now facing because of your clinic’s incompetence. I also paid the dentistry school for impressions, X-rays, scans, and corrections just to make the temporary work you left me with somewhat functional while I figure out how to finance the necessary treatment. Your temporary work was so poorly made that it looked like boxing mouthguards, made it difficult to speak properly, injured my mouth because of their disproportions, and were aesthetically horrible. I wouldn’t step foot in your clinic again for anything in the world. You made me suffer both physically and emotionally with your lack of professionalism. You didn’t even know how to properly handle the equipment, which caused me unnecessary pain and trauma. This isn’t about connecting or having another conversation—it’s about accountability. Unless you’re ready to issue a full refund, there’s nothing left to discuss. Original Review below I went to this dental clinic in Tijuana three years ago, thinking it would be cheaper based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. At first, everything seemed great—they were friendly, made big promises about guaranteeing satisfaction, and even provided free medical passes for crossing the border. But everything changed the moment I made the mistake of paying for most of my treatment upfront. The clinic is NOT specialized in implants, even though that was the primary work I needed. The work they did was terrible. I started noticing issues and had to consult with other dentists to confirm my suspicions. One of the dentists I consulted found, beside many other problems, a loose implant floating in my cheek that the Tijuana clinic knowing they made a mistake, left it there and didn’t even mentioned it. If that dentist hadn’t caught it, it could have stayed there, causing further damage. I ended up paying a surgeon out of pocket to remove it. My work is still unfinished. I’m left with temporary dental work and now need to pay another provider to redo and complete everything, which will cost me a significant amount of money. There’s no way I would ever trust these people to fix anything after this nightmare. If you’re considering this clinic, RUN. They might seem nice at first, but it’s all an act to take your money. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and have no real expertise in dental implants. I’ll have to pursue legal action, but in the meantime, I want to warn others. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I have been a patient of Vital Dental Group for the past 5 years and all the doctors who have taken care of my dental health here are very professional. Dr. Jordan is exceptional. He is respectful, kind, empathetic and reasonable. He was able to figure out why I was experiencing dental problems and fixed them. Additionally, he stays up-to-date with advanced education and techniques to better serve his patients.

We recently made the trip from Los Angeles to Vital Dental Group in Tijuana, and it was absolutely worth it! Finding a good dentist can be tough, and we'd been to several reputable offices in LA that just didn't impress us. But Vital Dental Group is a whole other level. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and professional staff. The office itself is modern and immaculate, which immediately put us at ease. But the real star of the show was Dr. Jordan. He was incredibly professional, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. We never felt rushed or confused, and his gentle touch made the whole experience a breeze. The quality of care we received at Vital Dental Group was outstanding. It surpassed anything we'd experienced in LA, and at a fraction of the cost! We're so happy with the results and will definitely be making the trip back down for all our future dental needs. Dr. Jordan was absolutely amazing! Went in as I was having some sensitivity on a few of my teeth and he fixed them with some fillings as well as fixing some of my old fillings. I am so happy that I made the jump over to him! I seriously believe he did a better job than my old dentist in the states! I already booked my next apt with him for a cleaning!

If you’re in the US and looking for professional work done with dedication and in your best interest, this is the place. Not to mention it is so close to the border. A quick drive or taxi ride. I had a botched job done in the US, given the option to remove a tooth and add a bridge… here Dr. Jordan instead did a reconstruction, saving my own tooth, and adding a crown. Saving me the grief of having a dental bridge and paying a ghastly amount of money. Aside from this they have helped me to fix other issues stemming from other dental jobs. Thank you sooooo much!!! Absolutely recommend!

From the moment I was recommended to them, I never hesitated. 100% recommended, and above all, very reliable and, most importantly, very honest. This dental office is by far the best I've ever received dental care at. First and foremost, I want to highlight the excellent quality of patient care; they were always attentive to my concerns and questions, and the warmth of their attention was remarkable. The staff has a safety and prevention protocol in place due to current demands, and the office is well-equipped. Regarding my experience, the follow-up calls provided invaluable peace of mind throughout the healing process. The staff even made room for me when I needed it, without prior notice, and went out of their way to ensure my well-being. I personally appreciate transparency, and at all times, each procedure was explained to me clearly; for me, that's vital, and it demonstrates that this is an ethical place that truly cares for its patients. This place was clean and professional. I'm from San Diego and felt very comfortable here. My gf doesn't have dental insurance so we went here as this place was recommended by a friend. Dr. Jordan Vital did excellent work on her teeth and was very professional. I have nothing but good things to stay about this place and we will be going back in the future for cleanings and check ups.

I'm the kind of patient that has certain reactions to anesthesia, the doctor did a different one and worked perfectly. They also got me right away and what I got planned to do in the US ( a crown) turned out to have a better plan with this doctor, he offered me a better option with long lasting materials. 0% pain or discomfort not just during the procedure but after!! I strongly recommend to people from the US to have WhatsApp app, makes communication faster. Prices are about 50% less than the US. A little bit more expensive than other places but this is the best in town!! Highly qualified professionals with lots of experience.
