I started seeing progress with my teeth by month 3, and now I finally feel more confident with my smile. drg felix very detailed and always explains everything clearly. He’s very informative.
We had a great experience with the doctor Felix while removing my daughter’s orthodontic appliance. Doctor was very attentive, patient, and incredibly friendly with my daughter, which made the whole process calm and stress-free for her. The doctor took an individual approach and explained everything clearly. We felt truly cared for. Highly recommend!
In my opinion, the doctor is the best, we were really given a detailed explanation about the braces procedure, and the progress was also explained in detail and clearly about how to care for the braces, thank you doctor... so far I RECOMMEND it to have braces at this clinic

There are no nurses, no clear hygiene standards, no disinfectant mouthwash or at least water mouthwash provided....before going home, the consultation fee is charged (even though the patient already knew 90% of the information/education provided before coming to this doctor) Rp. 350,000.
Sorry in advance, I was a little surprised by the Rp 350,000 consultation fee, which only asked if I could transfer to another dentist. I don't think it's worth it at all. I initially only heard it was Rp 300,000, but it turned out to be Rp 350,000, and I was told to transfer another Rp 50,000. But there was no action at all. I really lost out. Thank you for your review and input, Debby 😊🙏 But I apologize in advance if we are exercising our right to provide public clarification to avoid slander. 1. When you say there was no action at all, does that mean you are considering the following: consultation; history taking; examination of your teeth; analysis of your treatment, starting with your initial dental model, treatment history, X-rays, and the condition of your "almost complete" orthodontic treatment, which is more accurately called "botched treatment"; the advice and treatment options provided to you, not to constitute action? 2. What a loss for you! I spent an hour examining you, taking a history, educating you, and convincing you to avoid a procedure you might regret in 10 or 20 years. (If you want proof of that hour, I'll provide you with CCTV footage.) 3. Once again, what a loss! Do you think it's not worth it? Do you know how much schooling, seminars, and experience it takes to provide you with the best advice and treatment options? No wonder your treatment is botched.
The dentist was very helpful, he explained in detail and gave advice on what actions to take so that my teeth could be treated quickly
Needed treatment related to a retainer that I lost on my travels. Felix could not have been more helpful. Fast working, reasonably priced and a great practitioner. Would highly recommend
Dr Felix comes highly recommended. His attention to detail is brillaint. If you are looking for a dentist & specialist orthodontist that will put your best interest at heart, look no forward. Its is 100% about the patient here. There is no compromise on quality of treatment, very ethical!

Usually I am afraid visits of dentist. But today I received a great service with Utah Gigi Dental care where Dr. Felix did a great job on my smile and bunch of recommendations how to protect it in future. My friend went over due to an emergency case (it’s a weekend and we were looking for dentists that were open, found this one), she was hoping for a solution or something to help her temporarily. registration/administration takes place, then you enter the doctor’s room for the check up and consultation, she was asked to sit outside due to not having a mask on and the doctor starts to do the consultation verbally, without actually checking the root of the problem. In this position my friend thought “oh, maybe he’s going to do the check up soon” but never did, didn’t even bother to look at what’s going on with her tooth/teeth and istead told her that he wont be opening the practice room unless she gets something done (due to not wearing a mask). Long story short, no solution, he didn’t look into the problem, ended up refusing to take action as he can’t guarantee to fix anything, didnt use any equipment or whatsoever, but still charged a consulation fee. I mean okay, fair enough, to be a doctor costs money, time and energy, but if it’s not your area of expertise best to just say so and not take the advantage by ripping someone off(Btw, we later found out that this isnt his field of expertise, explains the nonsense and lack of explanation). It wasnt big money, but it definitely was a waste of time and ‘money’ because there literally was no come back?! Add: As you can see from the doctor’s reply, very unprofessional just as it seemed when we entered the place. Calling us cheapskates? I have their contact number if I wanted the refund, I would’ve asked for it directly and not throught this review. This review is made just so others are aware of the situation my friend was in. The doctor is now threatening my friend that he wants to spill the real reason to the internet for her reasons, in all honesty, I dont even know what is there to spill on the internet .. huh but he seems very professional right? If he says he handled other treatments, well he must’ve because that’s the process of becoming a dentist, then why did he recommend my friend to see a different doctor? even came to me to reassure he can recommend other dentists that can help her with her issue. Anyway, I dont need my 150k back😅 I just wanted to share my honest review so it doesn’t happen to other future patients of yours. And I’m not twisting the truth, I’m just telling my side of the story.. however I’m receiving backlashes and threats. Anyway what 1 bad review can do to harm your so many great reviews ? 😄 You just hurt yourself by putting out that reply of yours 😊

Clarification: 1. Sit outside. Please do not make any comment that may misled people into thinking that she sit "outside" , not in the treatment room yes, but still in a room with ac turned on, with door open as she is not wearing any mask (cctv footage available if you want) Note : I never said to her that i wont open my practice room because she doesnt wear any mask 2. I don't look at the problem? (Then how can i know that she has a problem on 2 of her lower left molar, she dosent have any molar left ln the lower right jaw, she's having supra eruption on her upper right posterior, and on her upper left molar? Do you want me to continue giving out more details?) 3. I don't refuse to take action, i offer her (not once, not twice, but at least three times) do you want to get a temporary filling? or a permanent one (but i dont guarantee that that the permanent one will fix her problem, as she needs to have a crown). Note : she doesnt have any time to do treatment such as crown (or do you want me to spill to the internet the real reason?) 4. Ripping you off? Just say that you're being a cheapskate and don't want to spend any money, it is better if you just whatsapp me and give me your account number if its the real reason you write this 1 star review (to get your money back) 5. If you want, i'll upload to the internet my cctv footage, so that everyone can see how much time i spend on your friend 6. Not my field of expertise? - What field do you think handles with extruding teeth cases like your friend have??? - Do you think before im an orthodontist, i don't do other treatment?
