The doctor is friendly and patient when dealing with small children. The setting is comfortable and adheres to sterilization and health protocols (super important during the pandemic).
His service was professional, open to discussion, and he delivered as promised. We were very satisfied with the treatment we received and would highly recommend him.
Drg. Felix was kind enough to help me change my power chain eventhough I’m not his patient. Thorough and easy to understand explanation about my teeth condition and my braces progress. Overall really satisfied experience. Since pandemic you have to book an appointment first and strict health protocols were imposed in their clinic.

I was charged Rp. 1,000,000 for a tooth extraction, and I was asked for proof of payment with the UMAH GIGI CLINIC stamp. It's being made difficult! What should I do, Doc? I'll wait 24 hours. Please send me proof of payment so I can claim it from my insurance. If there's no response within 24 hours, I can sue. Don't block my WhatsApp number, okay?
