This place was horrible. No up to date equipment like the website shows. The dentist does not speak English and everything has to be translated. They yanked all my teeth out and immediately put dentures in. Blood running everywhere. I told them the dentures do not fit and was assured they would when the swelling goes down. Not true. not fit, both the top and bottom. I also have a bone sticking out of the side of my gumline, which will need surgery to remove and new dentures made. DO NOT use this dentist or establishment. In the end, you will NOT save money. Your health and well being is worth more than the money this place promises you. HORRIBLE Experience!!!!!!!!!!
I live in New Mexico but I drove to the border and was picked up by the dentist and taken to get a root canal and some fillings they were very professional and courteous I saved a lot of money and my teeth look great I will definitely be returning back in the future for any dental work that I may need I highly would recommend them if you are in need of a root canal

Yall. I was nervous with anything at first. My family traveled from Kansas City. Mr Rafael Nunez communicated everything so well. My husband got a full mouth restoration. 10+ stars very very professional. The price we were quoted in the states was 18K-30k we paid only 6000 here. Don’t put off good dental work they are AMAZING!!! I included Before and after. The after pics of my husband he still had numbing meds so couldn’t open mouth completely! Hope this helps someone who is on the fence about things!
There's not enough wonderful things I can say about my experience here. Quality and efficiency at its finest. I got a crown on my front tooth (which is probably the most difficult thing to do in dentistry when it comes to matching the rest of my teeth) completed. Got 2 root canals & crowns put on here. The people were very nice however, my crown fell off after 2 months & I’ve recently found out the root canals they did were not done well and I still have infections. Waste of time & money in the long run.

Went to this place to get dental crowns and paid 5,000 dollars immediately they just started falling off and breaking talked to the owner he told me he would charge me 3,000 to change them to zirconia crowns I said OK then he raised the price to 3,500 then he raised the price again to 4,000 to the point that I couldn't afford it so now I'm walking around with my teeth broken. You pay for what you get I paid cheap I got a cheap job also I keep calling him he wouldn't pick up so I had to call him from a different number so he would pick up. Don't go to this place if unless you want to throw your money away. I would never recommend this place . Also the dental office don't look professional looks very basic and plane not like a normal dentist office. Don't waste your money at this place spend the money and go to a real dental office. Now I had all my crown removed here in the USA but this dentist ( ultradent ) reduced my teeth so low that putting a new crowns is impossible now to put the new crowns the new doctor has to reduce the gum line in order to expose more tooth for the new crowns and be able to the new crowns. So 5,000 down the drain in porcelain crowns 800 dollars in hotels in Juarez lost time at work and now walking around with my teeth destroyed. I regret going to this dentist.

Mr. Rohena: Sorry about your problem. We did this dental work for you on September 6, 2019. Your Bruxism condition (is a condition in which you grind, gnash or clench your teeth.) wore down your teeth to a very short size. When you first came to us you had only about 1/4 of the original size and many were cracked and chipped (we have the photos). We recommended to go for Zirconia crowns and bridges because it is the most resistant material but you told us you did not have the money. Instead you chose to have the Porcelain fused to metal, the crowns did not start to fall off, four months after cementing them you sent us a picture where teeth 7 & 8 chipped off the porcelain (again because of your traumatic bite) which we replaced FOR FREE, and as a courtesy we (kind of knowing what could happen because of your BRUXISM) offer you to replace all 27 units with Zirconia for $3,500.00 if it was done before March 30, 2021, then you told us you were still experiencing money problems, we even provided you with a night guard as a GIFT since you kept telling us you were very short in money. Of course that was not our problem but we wanted to help as much as we could. We remain at your service, and once again, Sorry about your problems, dental and other kind.
I’m so happy that I found Ultradent. I travelled from Georgia to El Paso to receive service. I made two trips one week apart. The walk across the bridge was fast and Rafael was there to pick us up within a few minutes. Ten zirconia crowns and two fillings later and I’m sooo very happy with the final results. Today I'm posting another review two crowns have fallen off I'm walking around with no teeth and broken crowns never go to this place it's a low class dental clinic this place is not a professional Clinic I'm afraid to smile now they want to charge me to do the work all over again.. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go to a real clinic

crowns were perfect..I went back for the second time two days ago and parked my car on Pera Avenue and walked across the border. Rafael was right there to pick me up. The dentist and assistant were waiting, Bridge work was painless and great prices. Rafael dropped me off at the border and walked back. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

ty - (for those of you who have never been) - and if you call as you begin your walk over the Cordova Bridge … they are waiting for you as you cross into Mexico. The price was very reasonable- and about an eighth of what I was quited in Seattle!!!
The service was oustanding. The work I got done was 2 root canals and a bridge. The whole staff was amazing and willing to work with me from being picked up, dropped off, and pricing. Highly recommend.

of teeth ever since. Because I went during COVID, I stayed in El Paso and took a rideshare to the Bridge of Americas, where I walked over (and back) easily with my passport. I was met on the other side and driven the short distance to the office. When I was done, I was driven back to the bridge. I have nothing bad to say about the experience, and have recommended Ultradent Clinic to all my friends in need of dentistry. I saved thousands of dollars and received the same result!

the crowns for less than it would have been in VT. They will get you to their office safely too.
Place wasn't very clean, I has to wait while sweating over one hour and fifteen minutes only to get a quote. Once I did, the price was double the local standard, I left and found a much better place and got fixed fast and por half the money less than a mile at a close street at Americas Ave. I am happy.

h totaled 3 days in all. I had my first appointment on June 3rd then went back June 12th and 13th. My work included several root canals ( which were painless) , crowns and I also had molars and a wisdom pulled. No pain. The dentist is very gentle and always makes sure you aren’t feeling pain, his assistant is very good! Rafael is absolutely amazing and such a huge help! He knows his stuff! I am now no longer embarrassed to smile and am learning to smile showing my teeth which is something I haven’t done since I was 8 or 9 years old. I am 46 now! I am VERY happy with my new smile! My husband was so impressed with how my work turned out that he just finished his 2nd appointment today. Will be going back to start the other side of his mouth within a month or 2 after vacation.
