My experience at Ultradent was great and I have absolutely no regrets or complaints. The clinic really focuses on quality and I was very satisfied with the dental work I had completed. Rafael did a great job explaining everything and I will be returning for more zirconia crowns in the near future.

Great experience. The driver picked us up at the hotel in the morning and was extremely nice. The owner was extremely helpful and translated anything you asked. He was present and available for any questions during the entire process or anything you needed. Any concerns were taken care of immediately and they made sure that you were in a safe environment. I made the trip from Colorado for dental work and was not disappointed. The owner picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel and I never even had to sit down in the waiting room. All the dental work was done in a professional manner. The dentist found and filled tooth decays that my dentist in the US, with more high tech equipment, didn't notice.
This dentist and his staff are absolutely amazing! They speak English and really friendly. I came from NM and Rafael picked us up at the bridge so we didn’t have to drive over. The dentist is gentle, patient and the cost was less than half of what I would pay here for a dental bridge. The office was also nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

professional as are the dentists there. The waiting area is spacious with complimentary snacks and coffee plus TV. The actual dental rooms are clean and organized. Another thing is parking, I think its pretty typical that in Juarez theres limited parking in every business so if you get there in the afternoon you may need to park on the side of the street (pretty wide street so there’s room). You can park in front of the office but I think there’s only room to accommodate like 2 cars in the front, just an FYI if you’re bringing your own car. They offer a shuttle service but I believe it’s only during the week not available during weekends, so plan your appointments accordingly. I have yet to see a dentist like this one but in the US, this by far is the best dentist and Roberto is very personable and lets you know what he is doing while doing it and he makes sure you understand what it is they’re about to do before they start. I highly recommend this place, truly worth your money, time and travel.

Excellent experience. We flew in from Canada and everything was just as promised. The moment we walked in they treated us with respect and care. We felt perfectly safe the whole time. I had a very pleasant experience at Ultradent. Getting work done here was quick and convenient as it would have been compared to getting the work done in the US. Cost effective and a wonderful experience!
They do great work. They take there time and explain everything. They made sure i was comfortable and not in pain. I highly recommend them. I was afraid to go but they made me feel comfortable.

I went in on a Monday to get preliminary work done then returned on Friday for the final fittings of my bridges. I am so very pleased. I can smile again! These folks are great. right there on their website and they are true to what they list online; plus, they don't seem to charge extra for x-rays, etc. It seems like Ultradent has a smaller staff and you get a personalized level of service. There's the dentist, his assistant and Rafael, who speaks great English and will answer any of your questions on the phone and there in the office. It seems that they just accept between 2-4 patients daily depending on the day, so it feels like you really have the dentist office all to yourself. I live in the DFW area but have family near El Paso, so I called them up and asked if I could stay the night. In fact, my Uncle decided to go with me and get some work done too. I called Ultradent and spoke to Rafael and he was very knowledgable and answered my questions. On the day of the appointment, Rafael picked us up when we crossed the bridge and took us directly to the UltraDent office. I got 2 crowns for around $350 each but was quoted about $3000 here locally. My uncle got a couple of bridges and a couple of crowns at Ultradent which probably would have cost him 10k in the US. They were very gentle and I felt no pain at all. The temporary crowns were a bit annoying as is to be expected, but the permanent crowns have been excellent. They were so patient with me to get the fit and bite just right. My uncle and I were raving about our experience and my aunt ended up going with us on our 2nd visit to get some work done too. I highly recommend Ultradent.
I couldnt be any happier with my experience with Ultradent. Rafael is very professional and informative throughout the entire process. Roberto, the dentist that worked on my teeth is incredibly talented at his craft and provided some of the most painless injections I've ever had. I am so thankful that I can smile again, will be returning in the future!

Awesome clinic they do a wonderful job I actually was looking into several dentists in mexico and they were one of the cheapest very affordable I was terrified but they made me feel so comfortable I will recommend anyone to go there. I definitely will return

They do very good work but make sure to get everything in writing and keep all paperwork. I will not go back or recommed this place to anyone because of my experience. I feel taken advantage of and I do feel as if they were trying to rip me off and they did. I will say the owner tried to rectify the problem so I do want to be fair. was agreed upon as I had to get a loan for the work done and the owner said he didnt remember what he told me regarding the price. I was warned to be careful to to over to Juarez and I am afraid to say that I should have listened. I do like the look of my new smile and the place is clean and and they do provide tranportation. Please be very careful. Response to the clinics response to my review: While I appreciate the clinics explanation and honoring his commitment, you will also see that he has displayed the work that was done which I feel is private information and verifies my point that you must becareful.

Dear Patient: Let me begin by saying that I take full responsibility for what I'm sure was an honest mistake or to better describe it, a misunderstanding. When you mentioned that six fillings were included in the total charge, I asked you to come with me to the office to check your record, then I explained all the charges in an itemized way and showed you that I was right, at the same moment I told you that if, because an honest mistake I had mentioned they were included, we would be glad to do them at NO CHARGE, then you agreed to come back and do them later. Our offer as my word stands. We have many thousands of very satisfied patients along a practice of more than 28 years, as you can witness yourself, this represents huge savings for a first quality dental work. As this could be your case , the great majority of our patients come from all over the U.S. and Canada precisely to avoid being ripped off. On the other hand, I consider unfair that some people that possibly have not had any personal bad experiences warn others to come to Juarez with no sustainable base. was hurting me, I was done. I had a mini breakdown, because I knew we couldn't afford to pay outright for dentures (around $5000) So, my amazing husband decided to jump into action. He researched dentistry in Mexico, and after considerable comparisons, he settled on Ultradent. He convinced me to at least give them a try. So, we got in the car and drove straight through from Northern California to El Paso, TX. The morning after we arrived, a nice guy, named Tony, picked us up at our hotel and drove us over the border to Ultradent. Raphael met us in the lobby and informed me that they were ready for me immediately. (That has NEVER happened to me in the states) The facility was shockingly clean, and that was so nice to see. I was terrified when I sat down on the chair, but within 5 minutes all my fear went away. Raphael was explaining everything as the dentist was doing my exam. They did impressions and talked about what I needed and what I didn't. After about 45 minutes, they came back in the room with wax molds. The dentist put them in and then began his incredible attention to detail. My husband watched as they slowly went from bulky to perfect fit in my mouth. After about 30 minutes of this, Raphael said we were done for the day, and that Tony would pick us up again the following morning. The next morning we went back, and again, they were ready for me immediately. They had the complete top and bottom dentures ready and they put them in and fine tuned the fit. I had a particularly difficult case because my mouth and jaw are tiny. Once they were finished and in, my husband teared up and told me they were beautiful. I saw, and I agreed. I can't express enough gratitude for Raphael and his team. They were kind, VERY gentle, efficient and effective. I would recommend ANYONE to go to Ultradent. I haven't even mentioned the cost. My entire dentures top and bottom for $800. Normally only $600, but I needed special lining on both. Raphael talked to us about the price difference before doing anything. We were fine with it, so he proceeded. I dare anyone to find beautifully made, quality dentures for that price ANYWHERE in the U.S. Anyone who needs dental work...CALL ULTRADENT!! You won't regret it. I promise. Thank you again Raphael.
