I had a dental check-up today, including an X-ray. Dr. Yu was very attentive and thorough in explaining my condition while offering clear recommendations. I appreciated that there was no pressure to proceed with all the suggested treatments. Overall, it was a reassuring experience, and I’ll definitely be returning here.
I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The team is friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout every procedure. They ensure everything is done carefully and comfortably. What I appreciate most is how well they follow up and keep checking in on their patients. It really makes you feel valued and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The dentist was very nice. The teeth cleaning process was painless. Before even starting, the dentist explained the price and let me choose. I am very satisfied.
Dr Ng is friendly and gentle. For someone that is phobia of dentist, she made me feel comfortable under her care. She is also very good with kids. My 7 year old son was initially afraid of dentist but after 1 - 2 visits, he now feels at ease with her. Our first experience with her was when she was based in Subang. Been getting my oral care here for the past 2 years. Service and environment is great. Doctor Michelle and Doctor Ng are friendly and knowledgeable. Provided good advice and attention to details. When my daughter visited, they also gave good TLC for my daughter and made her dental visits a pleasant experience.
Extremely disappointing experience. I had two fillings at Twins Dental, both of which failed almost immediately: Filling on 27 December detached within 3 days. More concerning, I was told in advance that the filling would likely fail, yet the treatment still proceeded. After both failures, the tooth returned to its original small defect, contradicting claims that a large or “half-tooth” filling had existed. I paid RM200 made multiple visits, and lost significant time, with zero improvement. Responsibility was shifted to the patient rather than addressing the quality or appropriateness of the treatment. This experience raises serious concerns about treatment standards, communication, and accountability. I would advise others to be cautious. Update: After this review was posted, the dentist personally contacted me to discuss the issue in detail. We were able to communicate clearly and reach a solution that I am satisfied with. While the initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate the follow-up and effort to resolve the matter.

r journey, she was very attentive and patient, always checking my progress and making sure everything was on track. The aligners were comfortable, and the process went smoothly under her care. On top of that, she is incredibly kind and friendly. Whenever my 3-year-old daughter comes along, she is very gentle and patient with her, helping my girl feel relaxed and not afraid of the dentist. It’s been a wonderful way to introduce her to dental visits at a young age. Now my daughter even calls her “the pretty dentist” 😄 Highly recommended!

My visit happened in April 2025. In summary, I met a pushy and sales hungry doctor. Honest review after visiting this dental clinic and subsequently consulted other dentists. , the environment is clean and they even play good music. However, don't be fooled by the advertisements on social media. The doctor is hungry for business and she started off by saying I should consider doing whitening. I told her that I only need the basic (i.e. scaling and if necessary, filling). After checking, she said I have 4 cavity and need to fill all of them. I told her that I have limited budget for the year as my company only cover RMX sum. Out of fear, I agreed to fork out extra money to get all the filings. Afterward, she then pushed for me to upgrade the scaling which I declined. She also suggested me to remove part of my gums (excessive gums, she said) that she claimed that it will cause my cavity to grow even after filling is done. Yes, in one visit, I paid for the consultation fee, 4 filling and basic scaling. Throughout my visit, she pushed for whitening, upgraded scaling and removal of excessive gums. I later went back to my usual dentist and also visited government dental clinic for second opinions, which they all disagreed. My advice for all prospective patients is to stay calm, think twice and also seek second opinions if necessary.
