Tower Dental Clinic has been in practice for 25 years in Istanbul with a great recognition by Turkish Dental Association and its peers. The clinic has recently been choosen by Reuters News Agency to be part of a documentary on health tourism. Implants may fail due to chronic disease, bad oral hygiene, excessive consumption of alcohol , smoking or drug abuse. However even in those cases we offer free replacement of implants. We've contacted Google for this unjust accusation and insult on our staff.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and you didn’t proceed with dental treatment with us. At Tower Dental Clinic, we take all patient feedback seriously, and we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in both communication and patient care. We would like to formally respond to the statements made in your review dated July 16, 2025, concerning your visit on June 28, 2025 please allow us to clarify the following points: 1. Consultation and Medical Evaluation Process Before any treatment begins, our medical team conducts an in-person clinical consultation, which includes a 3D X-ray and physical examination. While pre-evaluation through photos can provide basic information, a final treatment plan and pricing can only be confirmed after a proper clinical diagnosis. This standard is followed worldwide and protects both the patient and the clinic. 2. Treatment Plan and Pricing Transparency All treatment plans are reviewed with the patient before any work begins, including any additional procedures such as root canals or crown adjustments that may be medically necessary. We strictly do not force any patient to accept or pay for a treatment they do not wish to proceed with. In your case, you chose not to continue with the treatment, and we respected that decision. 3. Hotel & Transfer Services We are a dental clinic and focus on best outcome of a dental treatment. We simply refer patients to nearby hotels and handle their airport, hotel, clinic transfers for their own comfort. As our main business is dental practice we do not make profit on hotel accommodations as you claim. In your case you’ve stayed at a nice hotel with a discounted price. In any hotel there can be minor issues which can be easily handled. Regarding the hotel cost ,we charged exactly what we are invoiced by our partner hotel for medical tourism packages, including late check-out and VIP service fee – which may differ from standard public booking platforms. 4. Radiation Safety Standards Our clinic complies with international dental radiography safety protocols, including shielding procedures. If your experience deviated from this, we welcome more information so we can investigate the matter thoroughly. In average, amount of radiation received at dental panoramic Xray is 0.025 mSv which is simply less than amount of radiation received at a 4 hour flight. 5. Our Team and Identity All members of our patient coordination team use professional profiles, but for privacy and simplicity in international communication, many use preferred English names (e.g., “Andrew”) – which is a common practice in medical tourism globally. Meantime it is not ethical to disclose names on public especially of staff who are excellent in explaining the procedures to the patients throughout the treatment. We stand against profane language or rude behavior to our staff. Each member is part of our official clinical coordination team and works under the clinic’s license and management oversight. 6. Healthcare Licensing Tower Dental Clinic is a licensed private healthcare provider in Turkey, authorized to serve both Turkish citizens and international patients. We are registered under Turkey’s Ministry of Health and follow strict legal compliance, including tourist healthcare rights. As we’ve been as one of the top clinics in Turkey we’ve been featured at Reuters UK on a documentary of health tourism . It was a proud moment to be recognized by such an international news agency. We are truly sorry that your personal experience did not match the high standards we set for all our patients.
