Impeccable service... top-notch professionals with great kindness... a huge thank you to Badis and Bilal for their kindness and for meeting all our expectations... 🙂 Unfortunately, 18 months later, a gap has appeared between my gums and teeth... after several unanswered messages and persistent requests for photos... the only response is to use a water flosser... I reply that I already do and ask to speak with the doctor and even come in for a consultation... and since then, it's been impossible to get a response. I'm expressing my great disappointment here because I had complete confidence in this team...

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Tower dental is a huge scam /Fraud dental clinic . Every single word that comes from their mouths are lies . VEDAT the manager is a master con-artist with absolutely ZERO morals or integrity. The entire care here I experienced was ALL a sales pitch , they train their employees to make the most money nothing else matters to these soulless people. All my 3 implants got severely infected, and had to be removed , it resulted in permanent sinus problems! I have been requesting my money back for a long time now , but they have NO courage to even reply or admit their big mistakes !

Response from the owner 2 months agoTower Dental Clinic has been in practice for 25 years in Istanbul with a great recognition by Turkish Dental Association and its peers. The clinic has recently been choosen by Reuters News Agency to be part of a documentary on health tourism. Implants may fail due to chronic disease, bad oral hygiene, excessive consumption of alcohol , smoking or drug abuse. However even in those cases we offer free replacement of implants. We've contacted Google for this unjust accusation and insult on our staff.

I had implant work done about four years ago, and recently the crown needed adjustment. Dr. Hakan not only removed and replaced the crown with a better-positioned one, but also prioritized my appointments to fit my schedule. Throughout the process, he was very thorough, professional, and attentive to detail. What really stood out was his integrity: after completing all the work, he did not charge me anything, honoring the previous treatment even after several years. It is rare to find such professionalism and commitment to patient care. I truly appreciate the care, honesty, and quality of work, and I highly recommend him.
