The doctor is good and the clinic is clean, but the time management is very poor. There's a very long wait. **(Edited after the clinic responded)** We apologize to the clinic for the patient arriving before their scheduled appointment.

I had a bad experience. The doctor was gentle, but waiting 30 minutes to pay was unacceptable. There was no notification whatsoever; they just ignored me, even though there weren't many customers. This needs improvement. It wasted my time and left me feeling frustrated. Couldn't they have just asked me something? They just sat there staring blankly.

An internal investigation revealed that the misunderstanding occurred with the counter staff handling the patient's chart. They assumed the client was still awaiting further treatment, as the doctor had requested another walk-in case to be examined. Therefore, the chart had not yet been submitted to the billing staff. This resulted in the client having to wait for a long period without any notification of the client's status. The clinic is deeply sorry. Upon learning of this, the staff directly apologized to the client and offered compensation to express their regret for the inconvenience. The clinic understands that this incident has affected the client's feelings and should not be experienced by any client. We have therefore called all staff for training to review coordination procedures, case tracking, and client status notification to prevent similar mistakes from occurring again in the future. The dentist was very gentle and gave excellent advice. I'm terrified of dentists, and the assistant sat next to me and squeezed my hand. She was so sweet!

I'd have to wait 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, without any explanation. I waited until 12:00 PM to get my dental scaling done. If I had been in the queue, I should have informed them when I called to book. After paying, the front desk staff apologized for the inconvenience. The doctor was excellent. He had a gentle hand and provided good advice and answers to any questions I had.
I had my teeth done with Dr. Karn. He's kind, explains things well, and did a great job with the teeth cleaning. It was very relaxing.
The doctor was very thorough and clean. Both the doctor and the assistant were very kind. The shop was clean and the service was very good.
