Tooth Luck Dental Clinic is a two-branch Thai local practice serving the Bangkok-Nonthaburi corridor, staffed by Mahidol University graduates with specialist training in orthodontics, implants, and endodontics. The clinic operates entirely in Thai with no evident English-language services or international patient infrastructure, making it a strong value option for Thai residents but a poor fit for dental tourists.

The dentist was very gentle, kind, and attentive. She said I could raise my hand if I felt sensitive, and I just had to wiggle my finger to release the instrument. She even comforted me! So lovely! 🥲🥲🥲 …

is located at the entrance of Soi Bangkok-Nonthaburi 7, next to Yaek Tiwanon Station on the Purple Line. If you're coming by train, take Exit 3. When you get off, you'll see the clinic on your right. It's very convenient to get to. Most importantly, the dentist and assistants provide excellent advice.

Should the clinic be regularly cleaning the mouthwash basin? Every time I go to the dentist, they don't clean the basin after the previous patient. It's always wet with saliva and Betadine residue. Even though the basin is dirty, the assistant told me to just rinse with the mouthwash. 😢 This is unacceptable. I had to bend down to avoid it. 😩 I wish they would pay more attention to hygiene for…

Reply from the clinic

The Tooth Luck admin and team sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern you experienced, Ohionana, due to the incident. The clinic has a strict policy regarding cleanliness and hygiene. During the cleaning process between cases, we confirm that we use Caviwipes surface disinfectant wipes, which are internationally recognized and accepted in the dental and hospital industries. These wipes are highly effective and broad-spectrum, killing bacteria, tuberculosis bacteria, fungi, and viruses (such as HIV, Hepatitis B and C), effectively preventing cross-contamination in every case. However, regarding the incident you described, we acknowledge your feedback. Even after wiping, residual stains or disinfectant residue may still remain, causing discomfort and not meeting our highest standards of cleanliness. We have taken this matter seriously and held meetings to reinforce our measures and improve our team's work procedures to be more thorough, especially checking the mouthwash basin before each patient visit, to prevent such incidents from happening again. Thank you for your valuable feedback. And we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to serve you with even higher standards in the future.

I wish the doctor's assistant would read the patient details more carefully, especially regarding allergies and what type of mouthwash is suitable for patients with oyster allergies. Why do I always have to tell them? On my last visit, I was forced to rinse with plain water. And the sink in the bathroom is rusty.

Today, a staff member called about suture removal. When I first answered, I greeted them normally, but I'm not sure if they didn't hear me or what. Before I hung up, I heard the staff member say, "You answered the phone but didn't speak," and then they hung up, even though I had been speaking throughout the call. I don't understand when I didn't speak. So I called back. When someone answered, I…

asked who said I answered but didn't speak. The staff member replied, "It was me." Throughout the call, it seemed like the staff member could hear me intermittently. I'm not sure which "me" they were referring to. I also wonder if they've received any training in etiquette before starting work, or if they even have any manners. I'm also wondering about their level of professionalism in this job, to dare speak to a customer like that while still on a call that wasn't polite. Even the clinic staff could have heard me intermittently on the first call, so why did they dare use such language towards a customer on the first call? How did they know I wasn't speaking on the first call?

Reply from the clinic

The clinic sincerely apologizes for the unpleasant experience you had during this telephone call. 🙏 What happened was not the standard of service that the clinic strives to provide to all its patients. After being informed, the clinic's owner/doctor personally contacted the patient to apologize. We have immediately investigated the facts and implemented changes to our team to prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future. The clinic highly values courtesy, politeness, and professionalism in caring for all patients. Thank you for taking the time to inform us so that we can improve the quality of our services. Sincerely, The Tooth Luck Dental Clinic Team

My appointment was at 3 PM. I arrived 10 minutes early, but three people who arrived later cut in front of me. I had to ask the same questions even though I had called to confirm my appointment. Other people's time is valuable; I took time off work to wait here.
Reply from the clinic

Thank you, Mr. Rapeepatt, for taking the time to share your feedback. 🙏 The clinic sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience and the time you spent traveling to your appointment. An internal investigation revealed that the issue was caused by a clinic staff member forgetting to record the appointment, and concealing this information from the doctor, thus preventing the doctor from being aware of the problem. The clinic has already taken disciplinary action against the staff member in question. And we have improved our work systems to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.
