I came to the clinic only to do braces and fix my overbite. Unfortunately, one of the male dentists kept pushing me to do surgery and other treatments even after I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested. h safer and more respected as a patient. I truly appreciate her professionalism and patience. However, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. I overheard staff in the X-ray room bad-mouthing patients, and it often feels like the counter staff talk about you as soon as you walk away. That kind of behavior is very unprofessional for a healthcare environment. The clinic assistants also seem disorganized at times. For example, when I requested specific colors for my O-rings/power chain, I was often given different colors instead. Patients come to the clinic to fix their teeth and improve their oral health. If we already had perfect teeth and hygiene, we wouldn’t need to spend so much money seeking treatment. I hope the clinic can improve its professionalism and patient respect.

What a lovely dental clinic! The environment is so clean and modern, it doesn't feel intimidating at all. The calming atmosphere really helped me relax during my appointment. It felt more like a spa than a dental office. Will definitely be coming back.
It’s my 5th year with TLow Dental. I’ve my absolute favourite Dentist here which is Dr Ragani. And all of their staff are wonderful too. Service top notch!
