My experience at TLOW Dental was very professional. The dentist was thorough and took the time to explain the procedure in detail. The clinic is very clean and organized, making the whole process feel smooth and comfortable. I appreciated the honest and straightforward approach.
What a difference the environment makes! TLOW Dental doesn't feel like a typical dental clinic. The modern and clean interior is really calming. It helped me relax throughout my appointment. Felt more like a spa than a dentist's office. Highly recommend if you get anxious about visits.
I’ve been visiting this clinic for 6 years. Dr Bernard been patience with me and the progress of my teeth. Recommended for anyone that wanna having braces journey.

Very good experience. I did scaling and whitening with Dr. Wee, she was very professional, did a thorough scanning before recommending what’s best for me. The whitening result was amazing! My mom even wants to do it too after seeing my results. Definitely come back again to fix the white stains on my teeth. Highly recommended!
Another excellent visit to TLOW Dental. The service is consistently professional, and the process is always smooth. The clinic is impeccably clean and organized, which makes the whole experience very comfortable. I appreciate the clear communication from the staff every time.

I was pretty nervous before my first visit to TLOW Dental, but the moment I walked in, I felt so much better. The clinic is incredibly clean and modern, with a really comfortable atmosphere. The dentist and staff were amazing – they explained everything clearly and made sure I felt safe and reassured throughout the entire procedure. I left feeling so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

SCAM. Avoid this clinic if you value transparency and professionalism. KEEP ALL COPIES OF YOUR AGREEMENTS AND PAYMENT RECORDS. This happened a few months ago, and I am only writing this now because I finally have the time to properly explain what happened. The entire situation escalated simply because I informed them that I intended to debond my braces on next few visit and get my retainers done…

ne at another clinic. I was fully aware that retainers were NOT included in my package. Instead of handling it professionally, Dr. Shalini and the indian receptionist became defensive and hostile. Out of nowhere, they proceeded to debond my braces on the same day, even though my treatment was clearly not completed. How do I know? I went straight to another dentist afterwards, and they confirmed that my teeth were not properly finished. Before the debonding, they suddenly demanded that I pay a few hundreds ringgit for a so-called “debond fee” which supposedly included cleaning and which I have confirmed earlier from previous appointment that I only needed to pay for the remaining balance. When I requested to see the agreement I signed, the receptionist reacted angrily. I waited for them to provide the agreement and all my payment records, they couldn’t show anything. NOTHING. No proper breakdown, no clear balance statement!! For many months prior debonding, I had been asking how much I had paid and what my remaining balance was. They kept delaying and avoiding the question. To this day, I still don’t even know the exact total I have paid. During the debonding process, Dr. Shalini kept sarcastically reminding me that if I don’t wear a retainer, my teeth will shift back. Of course I know that. I simply chose not to get the retainer there because they charge RM700, while other reputable clinics in Klang Valley offer it for under RM300. They wouldn't stop demanding that I reveal the other clinic's price, and when I finally told them, they mocked it and said it was impossible and LAUGHED IT OFF. THE AUDACITY IS UNREAL. I remember and hate the look on their faces. I left without even getting my teeth cleaned because I was so DISGUSTED AND ANGRY by the entire experience. This clinic lacks transparency, proper documentation, and basic professionalism. The attitude from the receptionist was rude and confrontational from the moment I asked for full records. Extremely disappointing experience. Never coming back. Long waiting time. Proceed at your own risk.
