Do NOT bring your babies here for the tongue tie release procedure. They use red light laser which is a lot more invasive and painful than the C02 laser. They say its the same but is not. We had C02 laser done on my first baby with zero pain. Now just came here to have red light laser done on my second baby. uncontrollably for over an hour in soo much pain even after Tylenol. His little eyes are almost swollen shut from all the crying. He will not nurse. This is not normal. This dentist has no after hours phone line for emergencies or questions and does not check in on her patients. Very disappointed and truly regret getting this done.

Every baby can respond differently during the first hours after a frenectomy as they adapt and the healing process begins. We would also like to kindly mention that there may be some confusion regarding the information shared. In our clinic we use a dental diode laser, a technology widely used in pediatric dentistry because it allows a very precise procedure with minimal bleeding and typically a smooth healing process. Supporting families after the procedure is very important to us. For this reason, families are always provided with the treating doctor’s direct contact information, so parents can reach out if they have any questions or concerns, even outside regular office hours. In fact, we have tried reaching out to you at both phone numbers registered in your file, as we truly care about knowing how your baby is doing and offering support if needed, but we have not received a response so far. We would truly appreciate hearing how your baby is doing, and if you would like, we would be happy to evaluate and support you during the recovery process. The wellbeing of our patients and the peace of mind of their families are always our priority. We send our best wishes to your baby.

very sensitive... DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. The pain was so severe that we called the dentist and she NEVER answered!!! I think that when it comes to children, they should receive emergency care! Not to mention that the consultation cost 1600 pesos! I wouldn't have minded the cost, but this result is very unprofessional and unacceptable! I DO NOT recommend bringing your little ones here. Look for dentists with more experience and professionalism. Response to the comment: They didn't contact anyone to check on the child until they saw this comment the next day, after the critical situation had passed, and they apologized for it. They only asked how he was; it was never a "come so we can check on him because we want to make sure he's okay!" They never said that, which I found very unprofessional. They only asked about the child's condition. I insist, DO NOT come to this place. Sorry, I'm not going to change my opinion.
