To whom it may concern, My experience with The Dental District is excellent, from the desk staff which are extremely attentive and helpful, to the assistants, and the Dentists themselves, I have gone to this clinic for roughly five years, where I’ve had cleanings exams a small acrylic filling for some gum recession, and I had to old gold crowns replaced with zirconia this past month, I can assure you that the facility equipment is top notch quality, my brothers are in the field one a dentist the other a hygienist, unfortunately I’m estranged to the dentist, however I have knowledge of the field because of my relations and I have extensive dental work due to genetics, accidents, and at times improper hygiene at stressful times in my life ie cavities root canals a five now six span bridge, so I have experience in the dental office. With that said , Doctor / Dra Miriam Puig Arroyo did the small filling and crown replacements above mentioned, she is talented, professional, gentle, conscientious, and carful during her work on me , the crowns were well molded and made and feel very comfortable and natural. I hope this will help you know that you are in good hands with Doctor Arroyo and the rest of The Dental District staff Best regards Nathan

I called for a last minute appointment before the holidays, Dental District helped me out and schedule me for a next day appt for a wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Miriam Puig Arroyo was really welcoming and professional, she explained my situation very detaile and her work was fast and clean. I recommend Dental District 100%.

My experience with every member of the team at Dental District was excellent. Communication, 5 star No pain, 5 star From what I can sense everyone cared about their work. I also noticed how well everyone got along with each other. Zero tension between staff, they actually seemed like friends. All of the assistants were responsive and anticipated the Doctors next need. I was very impressed with the skill of everyone involved. I had a root canal, and a large filling on a chipped molar done with Dr. Miriam, the endodontist. Her English is excellent. I felt like a skilled artist was working on my teeth. I also had an extraction of a molar with Doctor Yoalli, the dental surgeon, also perfect English. Also skilled. Also without pain. Also very informative and never rushed. Their pricing was honest and very fair, especially compared to US prices. I just loved the entire atmosphere of this group. I live in Santa Cruz California and flew to San Diego airport, took ground transportation to the border crossing, walked across the border into Tijuana and a 10 minute walk to the 29 floor tower where their office is located. Its easy to take Uber from there also. I recommend staying at the Quartz hotel, literally a few steps away. Nice rooms, pool, weight room and the complex has plenty of places to eat, all right there. You would never need to leave that 1 city block. Dental District is 600 miles away from my home, but they are my Dentist now.

I went to Dental District in Tijuana thinking I just needed a quick cleaning and to replace an old filling. I had been putting it off in the U.S. because of how expensive dental work can be, so I figured I’d finally take care of it while I was here. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. The clinic was spotless, modern, and calm, and everyone spoke kindly and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Dra. Yoalli Arce, who specializes in oral rehabilitation and implantology, did my full assessment and a 3D scan. She took her time showing me the images and explaining what she saw, and that’s when we realized my tooth wasn’t just worn down but that it was actually cracked, and fairly deep! This was really disappointing to hear but I could see how much Dr. Yaolli genuinely cared about finding the best solution for me. She walked me through every option, never rushed, and answered every question I had. It made me feel so much better and she was so sweet! When it came time for the root canal, Dra. Miriam Puig Arroyo, the endodontist, took over. She was so gentle and so precise. I was really nervous about getting a root canal and what the outcome would be, but she kept checking to make sure I was comfortable and completely numb before she started and I didn’t feel anything during the entire thing which was such a relief. During the procedure she realized my tooth actually had four canals instead of three, which is rare which really showed her attention to detail. This is something to really be aware of if you go to a dentist, since a lot of them can do a root canal, but if you don’t have an expert like her your results could be a lot different. Watching how focused and patient she was made me feel like I was in the best possible hands. Once the root canal was finished, Dra. Yoalli designed my crown with so much attention to detail. She made sure the color, shape, and bite matched perfectly. They were able to make the crown super fast so I could come in the next day to have it placed. When it came time to place it, Dra. Miriam handled the final crowning, and she made sure I left with everything feeling natural and pain-free. I was beyond happy with how it came out and so thankful! What stood out to me most was how much time and care both doctors and their entire team gave me. They treated me like a person, not just a patient. They stayed late to make sure everything was done right and even followed up afterward to see how I was feeling. I wasn’t sure what to expect coming to a dental clinic in Tijuana, but it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. The quality of care was beyond what I’ve received in the U.S., and it cost a fraction of the price. I left feeling grateful, relieved, and really impressed. If you’re considering dental care in Tijuana, I can’t recommend Dental District enough! Especially Dra. Yoalli and Dra. Miriam who are not just skilled professionals, but they’re kind people who truly care about their patients. Thank you so much!

As a person who is apprehensive to going to the dentist. Dr. Joel listened to my concerns and was very helpful in making me feel comfortable, and safe alst while doing a phenomenal job on my teeth. Would recommend to all and will be returning for future treatment. MV

I have had an amazing experience with the Dental District. I got my teeth treatment in different places. But the service and treatment I received in the Dental District are the best. I need to get a denture for just one tooth. Dr. Nicolas Figarola was my doctor who took time and effort to make a perfect denture for me. I was impressed with his kindness, responsibility, professionalism, and expertise. He was looking into every detail to get the best results. He is a doctor who puts the patient first. I also have had experience with Dr. Hugo Amaya. He is a very nice doctor and treats patients kindly. David Martinez, a Patient Coordinator, is a very nice and kind gentleman who takes care of everything from appointments to taking a ride home. He is always there and ready to help. Overall, it is the dental office that can trust. I strongly recommend you if you are looking for some dental treatment.

I've been putting off going to the dentist for a lifetime, and I honestly couldn't have picked a better place to make the decision. From my first contact with the clinic, I found the staff to be extremely professional and kind, who took all my needs into account to make my visit a pleasant experience. They also explained the priorities I should take and how to take care of myself while continuing my treatments. Juan Pablo, Dr. Hugo, and Dr. Giselle are 1000% recommended. I loved their care. ❤️
