I received excellent care from Dr. Joyce. Punctual, polite, and very competent, as well as being meticulous in her cleaning.

Consecutive Cancellations and Disregard for Dental Plan Patients I scheduled (January 21st) an appointment through my dental plan for February 4th with Dr. Fayez. ive cancellations, both at the last minute. This demonstrates a total lack of organization, commitment, and respect for the patient. I planned twice, rearranged my schedule, and was still harmed. It is extremely frustrating to realize that appointments covered by insurance seem not to be a priority, giving the impression that plan patients are treated as second-class citizens. The recurrence of cancellations reinforces this impression of disregard. If the clinic doesn't have the interest or structure to serve patients with health insurance, it shouldn't offer appointments. What's unacceptable is confirming appointments and then repeatedly canceling them, harming the patient. This is terrible service, a lack of professionalism, and total disrespect. Health insurance patients are being treated like fools!!! 🤡🤡 NOTE: I rescheduled with Dr. Tiago for March 17th (I rescheduled on March 3rd), they sent a message confirming the appointment the day before, and on the day of the appointment, they canceled again! ***3 CANCELLATIONS!!! Total disregard!!!***
Dr. Arnoldo (dentist) is excellent, wonderful, for treating children, I highly recommend him!

My 7-year-old son had two baby teeth extracted by Dr. Joice... What a wonderful person! Patient, careful, and attentive. She conducted the procedure very calmly. Thank you!!

Excellent reception staff and doctors, 100/100, Dr. Joyce Galzo Marafon was super attentive, I loved the service.
I'm only giving one star because there's no way to rate it without any... Terrible service. Total lack of commitment. I waited for more than 50 minutes in the reception area. It's disrespectful to the patient. I wouldn't recommend this horrible experience to anyone, especially at the start of the day. They need to learn to respect patients' schedules before they decide to open their doors.

I highly recommend Dr. Fabiola Ciarelli!!! I had a facial cleansing, whitening, and now, in the aesthetic part (facial harmonization), I also had Botox done!! All very good!! I highly recommend Dr. Fabiola!! Gentle and experienced. Excellent professional. The location has parking and valet service!

The secretary was extremely rude on the phone!!! I requested an appointment with a general dentist, and she scheduled me with a pediatrician. However, the dentists provide excellent service and all the necessary support.

Good afternoon, I'm glad you liked the dental professionals. The pediatric dentist also sees adults, which is why an appointment was scheduled with him as well.
Terrible service, Dr. Tiago showed absolutely no commitment, a surgery that was already difficult to schedule had to be rescheduled twice. I strongly believe this type of situation only happens to those who use health insurance; I do not recommend him if you fall into this category!!!
