Even after repeatedly requesting this plan from Dr. Paulo Zakaib, who was responsible for my treatment, the document was never presented. Throughout the appointments, I noticed that the dentist limited himself to changing the elastics on the braces, without performing other necessary procedures. This continued for the last three months, even after the treatment ended, a period in which the braces could have already been removed. When I requested the removal, I was informed by the receptionist Evelyn that the plan did not cover this procedure, which is inconsistent with the coverage of my plan, which covers 100% of the services. Only after contacting the plan operator directly and requesting their intervention did the clinic proceed with the removal of the braces, thus demonstrating disregard for clients who use dental plans. On August 29th, Dr. Paulo finally removed the braces, but without completing the procedure properly. The teeth were not polished, leaving me with residual resin. When I questioned him about this, he stated that he did not have the necessary sandpaper at the moment and asked me to return the following month. Furthermore, the retainer that was placed came loose the next day, evidencing the poor execution of the service. Since then, 15 days have passed and, despite my attempts to schedule the replacement of the retainer, I have not been able to get any appointment. The clinic informs me with little or no advance notice about appointments, making it impossible for me to attend due to personal and professional reasons. Dr. Paulo, in addition to being rude to me via WhatsApp, went so far as to block me. I also received no solution from the owner, Dr. Fabíola Ciarelli. As a result, I have been without my lower retainer for over 15 days, and my teeth have already started to move back to their pre-treatment position. When I sought a solution from the health insurance provider, I was informed that the receptionist, Evelyn, stated that I had already been seen and that no further procedures would be necessary, which is not true. This episode reflects terrible service and a lack of professionalism on the part of both the dentist and the receptionist. I do not recommend the place and, if possible, I would give it 0 stars.

Thank goodness I'm never going back to that clinic. They don't do the procedure, and you even have to pay for parking (the place is so small!), one absurdity after another. People need to know this because I arrived and didn't know I had to pay, and I didn't know the doctor would drag it out so much, only to say at the last minute that she wouldn't do the root canal and that I needed to pay a high…

price for an exam that she herself said was necessary to perform the root canal. Nowadays, people do everything to push some kind of cost on you, always wanting to make extra money. I'm never going back.

Hello Priscila, the parking is outsourced by the clinic. It exists because they have valet parking to make it easier for patients to park, since the Cambuí neighborhood is so difficult to find street parking, and also to keep your car safe with their insurance. To my surprise, almost a month later, I never received a response, and he ignored me on WhatsApp. Honestly, no one is obligated to undergo any procedure that they feel doesn't make sense in their professional practice, but respect should still be considered, especially when it comes to healthcare relationships.
