The staff are great, but the clinic is ugly; the chairs look like they belong in a public health clinic. The fan is full of dust, and the floor is poorly cleaned. There should be air conditioning in the reception area with this heat.

Doctors and nurses do a great job... Dr. Fabíola, Dr. Thiago, Dr. Gabriel, Dr. Cristiane.... excellent professionals, I agree with many, look for them outside the clinic. The service is very poorly done, disorganized, they don't know how to schedule appointments, they are always disorganized, lots of idle chatter and little service provided!!!!

The experience was great! I've been receiving treatment from Dr. Patricia at this clinic for a long time now, and I've always been very well received and attended to, always impeccably! And they even have parking, which is a huge help in Cambuí! Everything was perfect!
