I can not say enough about the great quality of care & customer service. From the front desk, Daniella (so kind) to the surgeons & especially the very gentle and extremely talented dentists (Dr.Eduardo- best I’ve ever had !!). I had all on 4 dental implants and couldn’t be happier with the results. They are extremely knowledgeable, ethical, professional, gentle & affordable. I won’t go anywhere else nor should you!! Holistic practices with ALL options!!! Ask for Daniella to book your dental cleaning & X-rays so that Javier (coordinator, again the best) can give you a treatment plan! $ 65. What a deal!!!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Traveling from the United States (Indiana) to Tijuana, Mexico, I accompanied my cousin to Teeth Savers while she was having major dental work done. While there, I felt cautiously optimistic and decided to schedule a consultation for dental work I needed, along with teeth whitening. From the start, the experience exceeded my expectations. The X-rays and consultation were incredibly thorough, and the team took their time creating a treatment plan that actually made sense. Everything was broken down clearly, and all of my questions were answered without feeling rushed. When it came time to discuss teeth whitening, the dentist was honest and told me that although he could do the whitening, it really wasn’t necessary because my teeth were already “pretty white.” That moment alone gave me so much confidence in their integrity. Instead of taking my money, they offered professional insight, options, and recommendations that truly felt in my best interest. Over the few days we were there, I also had the chance to observe how the staff interacted with one another—and it was genuinely heartwarming. There is real compassion not only for their patients but for each other. The joy and respect they show in every interaction is something you don’t see often, and it made the entire experience even more meaningful. We spent time in the waiting room each day and spoke with other English-speaking patients about their experiences. Every single person we talked to was a repeat patient and shared nothing but positive feedback from start to finish. While I haven’t had poor dental work experiences in the U.S., I have had poor interactions with staff and dealt with egotistical dentists—and that alone makes me want to return to Teeth Savers for all my dental care. My cousin is extremely happy with the work she had done, and I absolutely plan to come back for my own treatment. They truly make you feel like family, and for me, that matters. I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering dental care in Tijuana.

An incredible experience! Without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever been to. From the moment you walk into the clinic, all the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable at all times and explained everything with great patience. You can tell they truly care about their patients. The service was excellent, and the result was perfect. This dental office is fantastic. I wanted a biological dentist and Dr. Eduardo Martinez is the specialist. They make it very easy, just park at the border and walk across and there's a drug store right there where their outstanding coordinator Javier picks you up and takes you to their office. I needed a bit of work so I found a hotel nearby to stretch the work into 2 days and Javier dropped me off at the hotel and picked me up the next day. The price is a fraction of what you would pay in the U.S. Dr. Martinez also found and showed me cavities 2 other dentists had missed. The entire staff -- Annie, Marina, Javier and Dr. Martinez are so kind and completely professional. This is my new dental office now!

Amazed!! The search for a proper dentist is officially over! This place is absolutely the best value you will find, while holding a proper standard. Absolutely nobody is more anal than me with my standards and this place shines! Dani and Javier in the front of the house make you feel like family, while speaking flawless English. You never feel rushed and have the most thorough communication before agreeing to any procedures. And the back of the house is just as warm and professional. They really care about patient satisfaction here, and will do whatever necessary to complete the task right! The first thing that really blew my mind is that for both my lady and my dental work, they actually recommended cheaper solutions than we had anticipated, and gave explanations as to why. They were asked for their recommendations and STILL gave the cheaper alternative. That is complete integrity, and fundamental in being the best business in any field! Love this place! They also aren't trying to upsell you on anything you dont need which is a huge plus and further adds to that genuine integrity. I've moved much throughout my life and had some great dentists and some not so great. I can assure you I know the difference. Teethsavers provided equal or better service than the last 3 dentists ive used in California with an even sweeter vibe and much cheaper price tag. And if your coming from far out of town this place is still the move! There were people from all over the USA, HI, and Latin America in the waiting room. Also noticed they were still servicing Tijuana locals. That's a great sign when picking a legit business. Do yourself a favor and RUN to this dentist! And while your at it stay for the delicious food thats also a bargain! My lady and I always make a date out of it and sometimes even get a hotel and stay the night. Oh and i highy recommend buying their medical fast pass for the border crossing. Absolute game changer! We can drive from the dentist to our downtown SD home in just over 30 minutes/crossing included! When we left this last time I literally said I was looking forward to coming back in 6 months for my cleaning! Whattt??! Looking forward to a dentist appointment!?? Yea, this place is definitely IT!! I'm editing my old review because I completed my scheduled visits with Teethsavers last months and want to reiterate that THEY ARE THE BEST dentists and staff I have ever come across and I have gotten dental work done in the US, Middle East, and Europe. They're friendly, accommodating, gentle, and knowledgeable in their practice! I am very proud of my smile- I smile more often now :) Amazing service, care, and knowledge.

For any US citizen dismayed over the shocking dental costs that are unaffordable to millions of us, I highly recommend doing what I and my colleagues have been doing for years: fly to San Diego, take super easy public transport down to the border (45 minutes), walk across to Tijuana (super easy), and go to Teeth Savers for your dental work. Super clean and modern office. Crowns, surgery, root canals, perfectly color-matched replacements, and more. Nice hotels within two blocks and walking distance. Javier and his team help you set everything up to make your multi-day trips worth it. They have access to every specialist you need. You could also fly into Tijuana airport, but we've found it not worth the extra cost, and actually enjoy the process from San Diego. So grateful we have the option to travel to Mexico and save a ton of money. I feel bad for anyone who deals with the US health care system... what an utter mess.

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. They’re absolutely incredible. I traveled from Phoenix, AZ due to the alarming quotes I was getting to fix my teeth. Getting my teeth done in the states would have put me in life long debt. I’m so grateful to have found this place. Every staff member I interacted with was incredible. They did great work. Look no further than, Teeth Savers is the place🙏
