Hello, I researched this clinic based on a friend's recommendation and went for treatment after reading reviews that suggested it was a good clinic. I was very pleased; I experienced no pain during the procedure or in the days following. If someone had told me I could go to a dental clinic and just relax, I wouldn't have believed them! I went to Dr. Sultan's office for a dental filling. However, the pain in my tooth didn't go away and continued. I went back for a check-up, and they told me this could happen and would pass after a while. They performed some procedures, but the sensitivity in my tooth still didn't go away. I went back to Dr. Sultan's office, where they performed some procedures and said it could be due to the pulp channels. They told me to wait a few days and see how things went. But the sensitivity still didn't go away, so I went back to the doctor. After performing the same procedures again, they said that if the sensitivity returned, they couldn't do anything more and I would be referred to another university hospital. I received a call from Dr. Sultan's office, and they told me that an appointment had been made with a professor at the Tacirler Education Foundation Oral and Dental Health Training and Research Hospital in Sultanbeyli for the following day. Since I live on the European side of Istanbul, I informed Ms. Sultanbeyli's office that I wouldn't be able to go that day, but they told me they couldn't do anything more and had done everything they could. I then asked if they could at least suggest suitable days so I could let them know I was available on a particular day, explaining that I couldn't travel from Zeytinburnu to Sultanbeyli the next day due to work. However, her secretary, Ms. Yasemin, told me in a rude manner that they had already tried everything and couldn't help me anymore. Not only did they fail to resolve the sensitivity issue with their own methods despite the filler treatment, but they also referred me to someone else and, in a bossy manner, said that if I didn't come the next day, they couldn't do anything more, without even asking about my availability.
The attention and care begins the moment you walk in. Dr. Sultan is a true professional. I had a teeth cleaning done and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend her.

I was told that it could be due to the pulp canals. After the procedures, I was told to wait a few days and then proceed accordingly. However, the sensitivity persisted. I went back to the doctor again, and after the same procedures, I was told that if the sensitivity returned, she couldn't do anything and that I would be referred to another university hospital. I called Sultan Hanım's office and was told that an appointment with a professor at the Taçiler Education Foundation Oral and Dental Health Training and Research Hospital in Sultanbeyli was scheduled for the following day. I informed Sultan Hanım's office that I wouldn't be able to go that day because I live on the European side, but they told me they couldn't do anything anymore and that they were doing their best. I told them that if they could at least tell me more suitable days, I would let them know that I would be more available that day. I told them that I wouldn't be able to leave Zeytinburnun for Sultanbeyli the next day because I was working, but her secretary, Yasemin, told me in a rude tone that they were too busy and couldn't help me. Not only were they unable to relieve the sensitivity themselves despite the filling, they also referred me to someone else, and on top of that, they told me that if you don't go the next day, I wouldn't be able to do it anymore, without even asking the other person's availability.
Even though I live in the Netherlands, they were able to schedule an appointment for me on the date I requested. They were very easy to contact and got back to me very quickly. After considering the best mouth shape for me, we decided together. Sultan Hanım and her team are truly very professional, and I highly recommend them. I was very pleased, and we achieved a great result.

I had my teeth filled there before and was very satisfied. They do their work with passion, and I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. Now we're having my niece's teeth done, and you can go there with peace of mind. It's a very clean and hygienic place. I recommend it to everyone. It's one of the most reliable clinics around Taksim.
