Hello, I visited Dr. Hafzullah Demir for the first time and he performed a dental cleaning and an implant procedure on me. I was initially apprehensive about the implant. However, upon arrival at the clinic, the staff were very kind and reassuring. Everything was done professionally. I am very satisfied and will definitely visit the clinic whenever I need advice or simply to thank them in person. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I went to Dr. Sultan's office for a dental filling. However, the pain in my tooth didn't go away and continued. I went back for a check-up, and they told me this could happen and would pass after a while. They performed some procedures, but the sensitivity in my tooth still didn't go away. On my next visit, the filling was replaced, and they said it could be related to another tooth that had been filled at a different hospital, and that this would become clear after the filling was replaced. However, even after the filling was replaced a second time, my sensitivity continued. I went back to Dr. Sultan's office, where they performed some procedures and said it could be due to the pulp channels. They told me to wait a few days and see how things went. But the sensitivity still didn't go away, so I went back to the doctor. After performing the same procedures again, they said that if the sensitivity returned, they couldn't do anything more and I would be referred to another university hospital. I received a call from Dr. Sultan's office, and they told me that an appointment had been made with a professor at the Tacirler Education Foundation Oral and Dental Health Training and Research Hospital in Sultanbeyli for the following day. Since I live on the European side of Istanbul, I informed Ms. Sultanbeyli's office that I wouldn't be able to go that day, but they told me they couldn't do anything more and had done everything they could. I then asked if they could at least suggest suitable days so I could let them know I was available on a particular day, explaining that I couldn't travel from Zeytinburnu to Sultanbeyli the next day due to work. However, her secretary, Ms. Yasemin, told me in a rude manner that they had already tried everything and couldn't help me anymore. Not only did they fail to resolve the sensitivity issue with their own methods despite the filler treatment, but they also referred me to someone else and, in a bossy manner, said that if I didn't come the next day, they couldn't do anything more, without even asking about my availability.

The attention and care begins the moment you walk in. Dr. Sultan is a true professional. I had a teeth cleaning done and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend her.

I'm writing this primarily for those looking for a dental clinic. I went there on a friend's recommendation. Initially, I had some hesitations, but after meeting with Dr. Hafzullah and starting treatment, I realized my hesitations were unfounded. The treatment process went very well. I had previously shown my teeth to other clinics, and they had told me they needed to be extracted, but thanks to Dr. Hafzullah, my teeth were saved.
