I'm writing this primarily for those looking for a dental clinic. I went there on a friend's recommendation. Initially, I had some hesitations, but after meeting with Dr. Hafzullah and starting treatment, I realized my hesitations were unfounded. The treatment process went very well. I had previously shown my teeth to other clinics, and they had told me they needed to be extracted, but thanks to Dr. Hafzullah, my teeth were saved. I would like to thank Dr. Hafzullah and his team for their care and attention.

I went to Sultan Hanım's office for a filling. However, the pain persisted. I went back for another checkup and was told that this could happen and would subside after a certain period of time. Several procedures were performed, but the sensitivity still persisted. On my next visit, the filling was renewed. I was told that it could also be caused by a previous filling at another hospital, and that this would become apparent after the filling was replaced. However, despite the second filling, the sensitivity persisted. I went back to Sultan Hanım's office for a few more procedures. I was told that it could be due to the pulp canals. After the procedures, I was told to wait a few days and then proceed accordingly. However, the sensitivity persisted. I went back to the doctor again, and after the same procedures, I was told that if the sensitivity returned, she couldn't do anything and that I would be referred to another university hospital. I called Sultan Hanım's office and was told that an appointment with a professor at the Taçiler Education Foundation Oral and Dental Health Training and Research Hospital in Sultanbeyli was scheduled for the following day. I informed Sultan Hanım's office that I wouldn't be able to go that day because I live on the European side, but they told me they couldn't do anything anymore and that they were doing their best. I told them that if they could at least tell me more suitable days, I would let them know that I would be more available that day. I told them that I wouldn't be able to leave Zeytinburnun for Sultanbeyli the next day because I was working, but her secretary, Yasemin, told me in a rude tone that they were too busy and couldn't help me. Not only were they unable to relieve the sensitivity themselves despite the filling, they also referred me to someone else, and on top of that, they told me that if you don't go the next day, I wouldn't be able to do it anymore, without even asking the other person's availability.

Even though I live in the Netherlands, they were able to schedule an appointment for me on the date I requested. They were very easy to contact and got back to me very quickly. After considering the best mouth shape for me, we decided together. Sultan Hanım and her team are truly very professional, and I highly recommend them. I was very pleased, and we achieved a great result.

It's not bad, I had a tooth extracted there, I was satisfied, I left my tooth there and left.

I had my teeth filled there before and was very satisfied. They do their work with passion, and I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. Now we're having my niece's teeth done, and you can go there with peace of mind. It's a very clean and hygienic place. I recommend it to everyone. It's one of the most reliable clinics around Taksim. I came from the USA to get my teeth veneer done. The result exceeded my expectations. I’m more than happy with everything. Dr. Sultan and her staff are so professional. The clinic is super clean. Dr. Sultan such a sweet person, she go above and beyond to make sure that, I’m comfortable and getting the best result.
