warm environment curated by lovely ladies. i am so happy with my invisalign journey with dr winnie!
This is my family's Go-To dentist. Although we hv been to neighbourhood dentists, we still return here as the skills that Dr Winnie has is more gentle and my kids do not scream of pain so much compared with the others. Place is clean but you can easily get lost in the carpark. There are a lot of restaurants in that area as well. While waiting, you can always go for a drink or two 😊

All staff very kind and explain very well with details! I am very satisfied with the service! After did the treatment, they send message to check my status! I will visit here regularly and already book 6month later visit. Highly recommend to others as well.

They are worst dentist I ever visited in KL Malaysia they are scammers they tell different prices on the phone because we was using local number but as soon we get the clinic they see our passport their attitude change and they charge us higher price but when I show them the prices they send us on local what’s up they start speaking their language please stay away from them if you are foreigners…

Hi there, we are unable to find your records on our patient’s database. Perhaps, as we recall, you may be the extremely rude parent of our patient we encountered yesterday. We will like to enlighten you that in our country, it is compulsory for every patient (be it Malaysian or non-Malaysian) to show us their identification for registration purposes. It might differ in your country, however when you do come to Malaysia, you will have to respect our standard of procedures. We were perplexed as to why you would have refused to do so. For your knowledge, our clinic’s prices are the same for Malaysian and non-Malaysian. The consultation fee was clearly mentioned during our conversation, and also on our WhatsApp messages which was sent you. We would especially like to emphasise that we have zero tolerance to your verbal abuse. It is very inappropriate to accuse our nurse for wearing a hijab and not behaving how she should behave. It is also inappropriate for you to accuse our doctor for ‘over- diagnosing’ your child’s condition, where you claimed you could have done the treatment yourself 😂. We do not know why or what your intentions were with your accusations, however we feel the need to share with the public, that your verbal abuse would not be tolerated in our clinic or anywhere else. I recently had an amazing experience visiting this dental clinic for a consultation and scaling. Dr. Winnie was very patient while I explained my concerns and provided me with tailored recommendations. The support staff were also friendly and professional, while their WhatsApp responses were so efficient.
Visited for braces treatment and had a very pleasant & comfortable experience. Dr. Yaw is very attentive and explains things very thoroughly. I had a positive experience at the dentist during my daughter's first teeth extraction. The service and front desk were both accommodating and friendly. The dentists (Dr.Yaw and team) were nice and comforting, providing a thorough explanation that put my 6-year-old at ease. Overall, a great visit for my child's dental care.

Reception officer is polite and nice. Doctor was first very gentle. Once I declined the suggestion of carrying out a pricey treatment, the way they handled me different. They let the suction water flow over my mouth, neck to cloth and they did nothing when noticed I am wipping it if on my own. That's repeating few times.. r angry face to us as we have right to seek second opinion At the end of the routine treatment, you know what they charged me for medicine ? Pain killer and one antibiotics cost RM100! Is the medicine really cost so much? Not a good experience for many dentist that I visited.

I found the dental treatment to be exceptionally satisfactory. The Doctor Yaw demonstrated both caution and attentiveness throughout the process. The entire treatment was conducted devoid of any discomfort. Overall, my experience was highly gratifying.

One of the most comfortable visits I’ve had at a dentist office. Dr. Winnie is very communicative and attentive, and I am absolutely delighted to know there’s a go-to dentist whenever I am in Malaysia. Front desk was so kind and nice as well. Very welcoming and smooth office!

My first time scaling experience here. Dr Yaw did some assessment to my teeth and gums. He explained my gums and teeth condition, what is okay, what needs to be done, how my way of brushing the teeth affect plague accumulation. Highly recommend. Booking appointment through WhatsApp was easy and responsive, the staff were all friendly from the moment I walked in and the service itself was amazing. Dr. Winnie is knowledgeable and very professional and she gave me some good tips for how I can take better care of my teeth.
