The team is incredibly warm and kind and I canβt recommend them enough! Throughout the treatment, Dr.Yaw and his team consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. Detailed consultation and personalized suggestions made my first dental appointment a breeze.

After researching many dental clinics, we decided to proceed with Strawberry & Champ and I'm so glad we did! Communication and scheduling was excellent. aftercare - he corresponded with the dental clinic and they were always prompt in answering his questions (even during after hours). I scheduled a teeth cleaning and also had a comfortable experience. Thank you S&C Dental care - we highly recommend and would return the next time we're in KL!

e first dentist I'd consulted to suggest that the problem might simply be due to food being stuck and the presence of bacteria. The other dentists I'd consulted previously suggested teeth grinding and one even recommended an elaborate, invasive treatment, despite my xray being completely clear. His suggestion makes the most sense to me. He then proceeded to do my filling. Unfortunately, the same thing happened - this filling fell out too within 24 hours :( I got another appointment at S&C Dental to fix the problem. This time, I was attended to by Dr Athila. She was a superstar! Not only did she correctly identify what was wrong with the first 2 fillings, but her precise and fine work was a huge difference compared to the first 2 fillings I got. The first 2 felt rather rough and not quite natural - at the time, I thought it was just a matter of getting used to it. But Dr Athila's filling was super smooth and felt perfectly natural. So far the filling has stayed intact, which is SUCH a relief. I wasn't charged for the rework either, which was another relief. If you're confused about my super-long review, I simply wanted to highlight that different dentists have different strengths (the locum dentist provided useful advice on one problem while Dr Athila solved another problem). But what ties it all together at S&C Dental is their dedication to top-notch customer service. Their prices are high but the experience is totally worth it! π

I had check up and scaling done at SC Dental Care. It took about 35 minutes. Staff is friendly. Doc explains the proper dental cleaning technique and how to reduce the sensitivity of teeth during the cleaning. β¦

One of the best dental clinics Iβve visited in a while. Located in a nice and quiet area with a beautiful interior. Welcoming and nice staff that greet you upon arrival. The orthodontist is informative and makes you feel comfortable. All in all a great clinic with experienced and lovely staff who are there to assist and guide you. I highly recommend it.

My experience at Strawberry & Champs Dental Care was truly fantastic. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciate the warm hospitality and care provided to me and my family.
Please do NOT come to this dental clinic. They have zero transparency regarding their fees. I was not informed of any consultation fees beforehand. Once I was in the chair, they quoted me ridiculous prices: RM 300 just for an X-ray, and all fillings required expensive anesthesia. We regret that this situation escalated, and it is unfortunate that payment was only completed after external assistance was suggested to help resolve the matter fairly. We always aim to handle concerns calmly and professionally within the clinic. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our clinic has a standard dental consultation fee, which covers the dentist's professional examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning. After the appointment, I simply couldnβt stop checking out my teeth against one of those reflective pillars outside the building while waiting for a Grab car. What an unexpectedly good result:) Colour me impressed!
It had been 4 years since my last visit. Dr Winnie being her usual self is caring and her calm demeanor made me so relaxed πππ» she also did not judge me for not seeing a dentist in ages. Reception officer is polite and nice. Doctor was first very gentle. Once I declined the suggestion of carrying out a pricey treatment, the way they handled me different. They let the suction water flow over my mouth, neck to cloth and they β¦
