We have been patients of the clinic for many years. Our older daughter has already solved the problem, and our son is in the process. We are very satisfied with the results. Dr. Lauc is an exceptional expert, and the rest of the staff is no exception. I have already recommended Apolonia to many parents whose children need an orthodontist.
I was impressed by the kindness, quality and accessibility. Our 14-year-old daughter goes for check-ups without any problems and it is always a positive experience. All recommendations.
They don't have transparent prices on the web, so when you want to know them, they call you for an inspection, which is paid for. So the information has to be paid for in advance, interesting. Sludge at the start. Red flag.

The facility was initially chosen to receive medical treatment of the highest professional standard. The initially positive impressions vanished completely after the advance payment was made, without any objectively justifiable or reasonable explanation from the facility. In this context, I would like to clarify that my business is in the field of international medical tourism, and I possess international qualifications, licenses, and a solid reputation. Accordingly, I am very familiar with professional medical standards, compliance requirements, and specialized medical procedures. For these reasons, the facility, which falsely identifies itself as a clinic, cannot be recommended in any way. Legal action is being taken. I did not seek out this practice to experience such unprofessional, opaque, and structurally deficient conditions. Their approach clearly contradicts fundamental medical, organizational, and ethical standards. This is absolutely unacceptable at an international level. No way.

Dear Sir/Madam, we categorically reject all the statements in this review as completely untrue and in complete contradiction to the actual state of affairs. We do not understand your need to look for the cause of the termination of cooperation in the work of the Polyclinic, and not in your own failure to show up for the reserved and agreed appointments, which, along with your aggressive and vulgar outbursts, led to the fact that it was not possible to continue the cooperation. Therefore, you have been refunded the funds for the unperformed procedures. From the available records it is clear that the therapy was properly offered and organized in accordance with applicable medical standards and regulations. The statements in the review are in direct contradiction to the facts recorded in our internal documentation, which justifiably calls into question the credibility of this review, just as the presentation of your various false identities as a pilot, a film actor, and now, as a new, an international health tourism manager, calls into question your credibility. We believe that the purpose of this public statement is solely the desire to damage our reputation and that it is completely without any basis. Dental polyclinic Apolonija will continue to protect its professional reputation and, if necessary, will take appropriate legal steps to protect its rights and prevent the further spread of incorrect and potentially harmful information.
