Dr. Nataša and Dr. Goran are, first of all, great people. I brought my child to consult about braces. Dr. Nataša monitored for a while and only then placed the braces where they needed to be! My son is very kind, as is the rest of the staff. I am very satisfied with their work and approach. I have recommended them to everyone and would choose them again! Mama from Tara K.

I have a great desire and need to write my review because it is the least I can do considering how much Dr. Nataša Radica and the entire office have done for me. before the operation, detailed preparation of the teeth and bite is required. Since I had a more complex situation, the preparation took years, but Dr. Nataša, with her knowledge, patience and expertise, closely monitored every little change and prepared me to make sure everything was exactly as it should be so that when the surgery was performed, everything would be perfect. After she prepared everything, she directed me to the surgery at KB Dubrava. Recovery was not easy, it was challenging, but you get through it all easier when you know you are in safe hands. After half a year since the surgery, we removed the braces and ended our journey with a few tears and a new smile. I am immensely grateful to her, as well as to the entire team, because after so many years I felt like I was home. The best decision I made was trusting her and letting myself go, because today I am a new, smiling person thanks to that. 🫶🏼
The dental team took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making me feel comfortable and informed. Their patience and understanding really helped me overcome my fear of dental visits. I felt supported throughout the entire process.

My son went there for braces. I have never met someone colder and more unkind; it wouldn't be a problem if the woman knew something, but she has no idea or doesn't care. Not only does she lack basic standards of behavior and culture, she is simply wild. Total lack of social intelligence. Disgraceful office

Dear (T)ibora, none of my four patients Parać has anything to do with you, but you know that anyway because you write under a false name (although there is a difference of 2 letters) and a false picture (artistic photo of the author ...). There is a patient related to you who has been an adult for almost a year now and therefore I am only allowed to communicate with him regarding his further condition. However, since the patient was a minor on 8/22 when orthodontic therapy paid for by the Croatian Health Insurance Fund (which has not yet been fully paid and for which a colleague called me ...) began, you were his legal guardian and responsible for the therapy. Therefore, I can write to you the following: I started the therapy, placed the braces in both jaws and conducted the therapy until 9/11/2023, when you last brought your minor child to me. So, I have not seen the patient for almost two years, I have not finished the therapy and it is a complicated case and you did not inform me that you were leaving. I called you at 10/24 and was told that you had gone to another colleague. Given that all the initial documentation (photographs, prints, x-rays, CBCT scans and the patient's chart) is with me, you didn't even come to get it! I'm not even surprised by you, because you're not an orthodontist, but a layman, but I'm surprised by a colleague who continued the therapy without documentation - that's a mistake, by the way - you know how patient transfers are done. I don't know what happened that you are now writing this review four years after the start of therapy, or two years after you left me. Am I guilty of something? And you write hidden behind a fake name and picture. You don't have the courage to write under your real name, but you "spit" on all of us who stand behind your work and opinions under your real name without any problem. And then I'm shameful? I'm "cold and wild" at the same time? You are a bit contradictory! I can accept this as your subjective impression of me, just like my impression of you from reading all the reviews you've written to people is that you're arrogant, rude, and expect everyone to "bow down" to you! That's exactly how you were when you first came to me and were told that there was a waiting list and that I couldn't accept your child on the same day! And then I'm "uncultured and don't know the basics of behavior"? However, the part you wrote about my professional work "that I don't know or don't care" is something you don't know and can't evaluate. Did I make a mistake and do I have the knowledge - that's what the profession evaluates and that's what's evaluated in court, not on Google! I remind you, I started therapy and someone else continues, since November 9, 2023. I have nothing to do with therapy, nor responsibility for therapy, and you're publicly calling me names and "spitting" on me like this! Well, dear Mr. Vibor, I am impatiently waiting for you to provide evidence in court for what you have written – the burden of proof is on you. Disgusting...inhumane...my tooth hurt so bad they didn't want to see me because the doctor left at 5pm and works until 8pm. Shame on them.

Dear Andrea, which doctor did not want to see you? When were you with us and are you our patient? Namely, there are two specialist practices in the area and neither of the doctors work until 8 pm every day. Doctor Željka Baričević, who does dental repairs, does not work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons but in the morning, so she is not available after 5 pm. Doctor Nataša Radica works on Monday and Wednesday afternoons but only orthodontics and for previously booked patients. So, we work in shifts, so it is possible that Dr. Željka Baričević, who would have provided you with assistance, was not in the practice. In addition, we are a private practice and we accept patients by appointment and all our patients know this. Radica Practice
I had Invisalign invisible braces done by Dr. Natasa. The result is already excellent, half way through the therapy! And all praise for Dr. Goran - one of the best oral surgeons. The entire team is extremely professional and always in a good mood.
Excellent office, very professional team - literally everyone, and Dr. Radica is phenomenal. Both children wore braces, everything was done perfectly, and after that we stayed with them for everything else we needed dentally for the whole family. Well done!

I got braces at Dr. Radice (recommended by a colleague at work). I am very happy with the service, the doctor and the nurses. They respect the agreed appointment, there is no waiting, fast, full of understanding. They made corrections to my tooth (free of charge!) which was not previously agreed upon, but the doctor was bothered and did it in the blink of an eye. I highly recommend the practice…

Therefore, this assessment is not appropriate. Considering the answer, I note that the price of the therapy was discounted due to the method of payment. The patient can pay in installments until the end of therapy, at each check-up or once (twice) with a discount. You have decided on a discount and you have decided to stop therapy. Advice for continental people: If you are in Split or the surrounding area and your device "gets stuck", without pankia, there is no need to interrupt the annual. Run to Dr. Radica to save you.
I am quite satisfied with the experience at the initial examination for braces for adults. The doctor is simple, professional, normal, pleasant. Everything was explained to me simply and honestly. I am looking forward to further therapy. The rest of the team is also great.
