I contacted the clinic because of a detached veneer installed in Turkey. Everything was successfully fixed and, as it seemed to me, they installed it back more thoroughly and carefully than they did in Turkey. Many thanks to the clinic for the quick feedback and quality work!

dentists working in the clinic, all of them are very kind and professional, experts in their work. Sometimes too detailed to make everything perfect, especially Dr. Dusan, who worked hard on my teeth because I can't keep my mouth open for long. My wife is also a patient and she had fixed dentures done to get her teeth perfectly aligned. Every recommendation!
After extensive online research I decided to have a consultation here because of the five star reviews. review!! From beginning to end Dr. Jordan and his team were completely efficient, professional and most importantly delivered a final look that well exceeded my expectations. I’m absolutely thrilled!! I highly recommend BeoSmile! For one third of the price quoted in a moderate dental office in USA, I was able to book a round trip flight to Belgrade, a nice Airbnb in a trendy neighborhood for one month, eat at the best restaurants AND get 20 Veneers done !!!! Again, the doctor and his staff are Amazing! And super professional… the office is clean, white and pristine. All the latest and greatest tech. Prompt communication and none of my questions, comments or concerns were ever too stupid for them. They are very very nice people.

g brush. My whole life, ultrasounds have been done very quickly. Yes, it's unpleasant, but I've never had bleeding gums! Here, it's just brutal, and they even let me look at them in a mirror. Yes, I have a crown in that area, but I never had this happen six months or a year ago, or ever. The doctors did everything carefully, gently, and painlessly. Then, of course, the airflow procedure hurts in the area where my gums were already completely bloody. So, naturally, now it hurts both to clean my teeth and to use an irrigator. They prescribed rinsing with something like an antiseptic for seven days. I asked the doctor at my previous clinic, in Belgrade, if this was normal. Because the doctor here assured me it was normal to have all my teeth ultrasounded. He said he'd done ultrasounds on all my teeth, too, but gently, not too harshly, so I didn't even realize he'd been doing them all. And all my cleanings, both in St. Petersburg and in Turkey, were fantastic, and I left smiling. But here, it was just terribly painful, it was just insane. There's a Russian-speaking doctor here, but she didn't do the cleaning. And all the other patients I've had are Russian. And by the way, no one asked for any documents; there's not even a standard contract.
Any recommendation. Extremely friendly, precise and professional dentists, as well as the equipment. Any recommendation for cooperation.

All praise and recommendations for a great and professional team... In the Beo Smile office, I had wisdom tooth extraction, tooth repair, crown placement and tartar cleaning... What I got: painful experience, harsh movements of the doctor, almost no reaction to me mentioning it’s painful, the doctor who was struggling to manage the equipment alone without any assistance, my bleeding mouth, a towel (which looked like a bathroom one) which the doctor brought in the middle of the procedure (I hope not from the toilet), the protective glasses I was given only after I asked (before that my face and eyes were wet with water), an open door to the waiting room with the music (I think because there were no other people in the clinic). So I asked the doctor to stop because I couldn’t bear it anymore. I went to the clinic because it partners with my insurance company to check if I can get some qualified help before I decide to have a few teeth crowns placed. I neither can recommend the clinic nor I will go there again.

the fourth on both jaws, so you calculate how many healthy teeth need to be "killed". That is not even the worst part. After further consultation with some of your colleagues from other clinics, it turned out that I have a progressive progeny and that placing crowns and bridges, in addition to consciously sacrificing healthy teeth, would temporarily aesthetically mask a serious health problem that I have. And besides, even what would be achieved aesthetically temporarily would not be aesthetically good enough. The solution is surgery. One possible alternative was correction with a fixed appliance, but it turned out to be questionable (quantitatively and qualitatively). And after the surgery, the rest would follow, without unnecessary killing of healthy teeth, with a better aesthetic appearance and, most importantly, with a resolved health problem. In short: - You did not introduce me to my real health problem, which is in progress. - Therefore, you did not present to me the possibilities of further correction of it (fixed braces or surgery). - You suggested the worst possible option (killing of healthy teeth, temporary aesthetic solution of questionable appearance while completely neglecting the key problem). The assessment is based on immediacy, knowledge and consideration. I hope that this criticism will be useful to you in order to improve your services. The criticism is strictly affirmative.
