I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at the Sonría Tequendama location, specifically with Dr. Dania Botero. It's not the first time I've arrived on time and been made to wait much longer than expected. t an institution with such high prices has such poor service in terms of punctuality and communication with patients. I believe that respecting patients' time is fundamental. If the appointment isn't going to take place at the scheduled time, they should at least inform patients in advance. Unfortunately, because of experiences like this, I wouldn't recommend their services.

Poor service, they fail to comply with the treatment conditions, they are disorganized with the processes and make the user waste a lot of time waiting, only to be told when they are attended to that they do not have the necessary elements.
