What you experienced was a comprehensive consultation, where our doctor took the time to review your x-rays, explain the findings, and present all appropriate treatment options. This is not sales — this is responsible, ethical healthcare. We believe every patient deserves to fully understand their condition and options before making decisions, and that’s exactly what we provided. The panoramic x-ray (OPG) you received was not unnecessary — it was a medically required diagnostic tool. It helped identify root canal complications, which were later confirmed by our specialist. Without this diagnostic process, any treatment would have been based on guesswork — something we never allow in our clinic. You specifically requested an apicoectomy, but our clinical team determined that this was not the most appropriate or effective treatment for your condition. As a professional dental clinic, we do not perform procedures simply because they are requested. We are obligated to recommend what is safest and most effective, even if that means declining a procedure that a patient believes they need. The quote you received was based entirely on the necessary treatment identified through examination and x-rays. It was provided upfront, transparently, so you could make an informed decision — not as a sales tactic. You also asked about pricing prior to your visit. Please note that our website contains the most accurate and up-to-date information about our services, including general pricing and treatment details. We keep it current specifically to help patients understand what to expect before they arrive — and what you were shown during your consultation simply reflected that same transparent information. While we’re glad to hear you found relief elsewhere, it’s not accurate to claim you received “no help.” You were seen, diagnosed, and advised by qualified professionals who acted in your best medical interest.
