Excellent experience at Smile Dental Clinic, Island Plaza. Dr Lim is highly skilled, calm, and explains everything clearly, which builds a lot of confidence. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. Professional service with a personal touch. Highly recommended.

We had our son’s milk teeth extracted by Dr. Chin Mei Yun today, and this is the 2nd milk teeth. o grateful of her willingness to not forcing the injection procedure ( we had to come back for 2nd visits due to my son’s not ready to have the procedure performed) and suggested us to come back on the following week. She also discussed possible strategies and tips for us to do at home so our son will be more prepared when he came in on the next visit. Staffs and nurses also very accommodating with our son and environment here make us (parents) less stressful and able to concentrate on giving emotional support to our son. Our son told us that he trust Dr.Chin’s professionalism for his next dental appointment / procedure. Thank you for being a children friendly dental care.

calming. She takes time to explain what the issues are and the options. I required highly complicated root canal work and was lucky enough to be referred to an expert in the field at their main HQ, who cared for me extremely well. Compared to both the UK and NZ, where I have lived, I feel lucky to have such high level of care and at a fraction of the cost.

I highly recommend Dr. Chin Mei Yun. She was incredibly communicative and made sure I understood every step of the process. I initially came in for an emergency visit due to a broken tooth, but she also treated my cavities and did a thorough cleaning during the same appointment. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. 5 out 5.

( It took about 9 months) 🙏🏻 Thanks to Dr. Ian Foo, I finally have my smile back — and that makes me incredibly happy. I also appreciated being able to consult with the doctor on other dental questions. What really stood out to me was that the advice I received was focused on preserving the health of my teeth — not just aesthetics, and definitely not on unnecessary treatments. You can feel when a doctor truly prioritizes your well-being, and that’s exactly the kind of care I received here. And both of my small kids had their dental cleanings done here, and they left smiling and relaxed — no fear at all. Thank you, Smile Bay! Truly recommended.👌🏻
