I regularly visit SmileBay Dental Surgery and have consistently received excellent dental care. The reception staff is friendly and responds quickly. Dr. Chin Mei Yun is a caring and capable professional. She explains every step of the process in detail and has a calming approach. I have full confidence in her and also in Dr. Ian Foo, who specializes in implants and more complicated treatments.

Dr. Lim is very professional, gentle, attend to details, and very patient with clients. Feels like being pampered the whole time. Two thumbs up. The clinic is bright, clean, and well maintained. The lady at the reception is very polite, courteous, and helpful. Appointment booking is always easy. Can do it through WhatsApp, and they reply almost instantly. Highly recommended.

I had gotten many treatments done by Dr. Lim. Dr. Lim is very kind and I had a great experience with her. Anytime I visit her, I am very comfortable and know that I am in the best of hands. The staff at Smile bay are very nice and caring. I highly recommend.

10/10! My Husband had to have an emergency root canal while on holiday in Penang. We are fron Australia. We were advised by our hotel the best dentist was SmileBay Dental Surgery at Island Plaza. I came to SmileBay dental surgery clinic was because I had a chipped front tooth three weeks before coming back to California. It took me a while to find a dentist office until I saw an Expat comment on how fast this office can schedule people in if you’re in tight traveling schedule. since I’m not familiar with WhatsApp, later when I got there they filled out the form for me anyway. The whole procedure for this chipped tooth was incredibly fast and professional, it only took half an hour. All the staff were gentle caring friendly delightful. this is my dental clinic in Penang if I ever have a chance to go visit there again!!! Love

I had a teeth cleaning and night guard made and met very professional and friendly dentists and staff. They even accomodated my request for an extra quick turnover time on the night guard as I was only visiting Penang fairly shortly. I warmly recommend SmileBay
