The Doctor and Receptionist were helpful. The compound is super clean and feels very comfortable. Most dental centre these days are old and slightly outdated. Receptionist welcomed me immediately and was very friendly even via Whatsapp, for my appointment booking. I came in just for routine scaling and check up. w the conditions prior to the scaling. I like the fact that they show you the pictures before and after because I also got 3 fillings done after the scaling. If its any other dentist, I probably wouldve said no to the filling because there was no tooth pain prior and would think that the Dr was just trying to make a quick buck. But even with proof via the photos etc, the Dr mentioned that it wasnt too severe and could be done at a later stage if preferred. Dr explained everything slowly and made sure i was comfortable (because my jaw got numb after a while). Definitely will come again for my next routine checks.
Dr Ooi was very approachable and professional in her work. I brought my elderly parents there, Dr Ooi was patience with explaining everything she will be doing to my parents and I. The whole process was painless and very comfortable. The price was reasonable as well. We have already booked our next appointment with Dr Ooi. I definitely do recommend this dental clinic.

I'm terrified of dentists and rarely go unless absolutely necessary. But today, I accidentally chipped a tooth while eating, so I had no choice but to see a dentist. Dr. Ooi saw me. He also taught me how to better care for my teeth. I'm so glad I found a dentist I like; I'll never be afraid of dentists again!! The clinic is clean and comfortable, and the nurses are very friendly. There's parking available in front of the clinic, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. Highly recommended!!
Dental implant process is smooth. No pain. Dr explain in detailed. I received follow up after treatment too which is really good
This dentist is very good and the services are great.
Went just to make a new retainer. But the dentist will additionally talk about some of the problems he sees with your teeth. I think it is good.
Clean & nice place, dentist will explain the procedure to you before you begin. Nice!

A very chill and clean dental clinic. Dr Ooi is very patience and explained each step though I did scaling and polishing only. A very nice experience at the dental clinic.

Dentist was really really professional, patient and shared a lot of educational knowledge. patiently taught me in detail how to care for me and my kids’ teeth. She is very very good with making children feel comfortable with the whole process. Very recommended!

after searching，smile story dental is the dental that I find the cheapest for clear retainer in kl area. and also，dentist and nurse is very helpful and kindful， they were try their best to help you solve the problems
