My child came in with a cough and inflammation and was greeted with prompt and friendly service. I used BPJS health insurance at this referral clinic. The doctor and nurses were friendly, too. The medication was quickly dispensed. A few days later, my wife also came in with inflammation and was greeted with friendly and prompt service. Thank you.

Yesterday I went for treatment, the service was good, the doctor was very kind, friendly & the communication was smooth, thank you, doctor I.A. Kreasna
THE WORST CLINIC!!! The first time I met a clinic that made me annoyed, I just came to this clinic for the first time because I changed health facilities with my husband, when I was pregnant with TM 3, the doctor at my clinic previously said that we could be covered by BPJS once in TM 1 and 2, and twice in TM 3, coincidentally during the visit my baby was less mobile and had cramps and coughing, I…

think there were already indications, how could the doctor at this clinic not want to issue a referral letter, the reason was because there were no indications, even though I hadn't been examined at all, they just asked me to enter the room!! It was really bad then the doctor said that the referral letter would be issued 7 days before the due date, it would be crazy if I was born 2 weeks before the due date?? If it's like this, how can I consult with the destination hospital!!! It's really bad, disappointed!! After this, I'm fed up, it's better to use the general clinic at my previous clinic, if it's like this, I'm disappointed, one more thing The doctor's characteristics are young, plump, wears glasses, female, I forgot her name, coincidentally her clothes were folded so I couldn't see her name, terrible! Hopefully the service can be improved again๐ฎโ๐จ๐ฎโ๐จ
The front desk said this clinic doesn't accept BPJS. You have to pay out of pocket. EVEN THOUGH THERE'S A BPJS Sign In Front Of This Clinic! It's been 4 years without a response. This service is still terrible.

I have been to the Smile Clinic 4 times, using the public service, and now I am using the health service here, thank God I still get a good doctor.
The female dentist was really fierce, as soon as she entered the room it was like she was in orientation, the male general practitioner was also very unfriendly, he even scolded her ๐ (I forgot the doctor's name haha) โฆ
My parents often go to Smile Medica because they have BPJS health insurance here, perhaps because my parents use BPJS. This particular doctor was very, very unwise. His name is Dr. Gusti. My father was examined for a cough and cold, but he was only examined. He wasn't given any medicine, just advised to drink warm water. After all, going to the doctor definitely requires an examination and…

medication. I think the doctor was very strange and unwise!!! My mother also had a checkup, and Dr. Gusti was also curt in his answers. Meanwhile, Dr. Agus and the other doctors were very friendly and gave good advice and explanations. Please, Dr. Gusti, improve and be wise as a doctor. I hope you always stay healthy.

Thank you for your visit and review. We apologize for any shortcomings in our service. Dr. Gusti has been reprimanded by management. We will further improve the quality of our service in the future.
Closed on weekdays and during business hours. This is the third time this has happened.
Please improve the service, especially the doctors, so they are wiser, thank you.
Asking for a referral is difficult... there's a long queue, the doctor is generally still out looking for food, it takes a really long time.
The receptionist and the doctor were not very friendly with the customers, and the doctor who was treating the sick people was not responsive at all!
Earlier, I took my 5-year-old son to the dentist for his first time, complaining of a cavity in his upper left tooth. The doctor was completely unfriendly, even though he knew it was his first time at the dentist. He didn't even smile, even though he knew the patient was a child. And after the filling, when he was outside the room, my son complained, "Why is the cavity still there?" It turns out…

the doctor didn't check or didn't understand. Even though I said the cavity was in the upper left, he filled the upper right without explaining anything to me. And to top it off, the receptionist downstairs was completely unbecoming of the clinic's name, Smile. She was completely unfriendly.
There are already so many patients in line, and the doctor is still on his way, they say? For those on the general route, it's better to skip it. It's so expensive and long, requiring 3 to 4 check-ups before you can get a patch, they say. Not recommended for the general route. Because the general (paid) route is the same as BPJS. Usually, the age route is prioritized/differentiated from BPJS ๐
The care was excellent and prompt. I was injured in an accident and was treated here. My wound was cleaned meticulously. Thank you to the paramedics at Smile Clinic.
An unpleasant experience this Saturday afternoon, March 12th. My child fell down the stairs and hit his head on a rock. I came home from work and saw my child crying. As a father, of course, I panicked and immediately took my child to the clinic because it happened to be close to home. When I arrived at the clinic, I handed over my child's BPJS card. A male nurse came and asked what was wrong. I…

told him my child had fallen and hit his head and there was a small wound from hitting the rock. The male nurse asked, "Where's the bump, where's the blood?" In a loud voice, he asked as if he didn't believe what I said and was trivializing the situation. I went there with a health problem, because I'm not familiar with it. If I were smart, I wouldn't have taken my child there. Was it because I'm using BPJS that the service was like that? Maybe the male nurse hadn't experienced a disaster like mine before, so he took it lightly. I hope he can learn to be more polite and courteous, and please lower his tone of voice a little!! Because I'm not deaf. The doctor is polite and knows how to handle small children. Thank you, experience is the most valuable teacher.
Thank you to Dr. Agung and the staff who are friendly and detailed in carrying out the treatment. Hopefully, we can help the community even more.
The best clinic, the doctors and nurses are very friendly, regardless of whether the patient is using public or BPJS insurance. Please maintain your service to the community.
What time does the Smile Medical Center clinic actually open? It says 24 hours, but I went there in the morning at 8 and it wasn't open yet.
Saturday, January 16, 2021 I accompanied my husband to this clinic for a dental checkup because his tooth hurt/had a cavity. They underwent surgery and a permanent filling. After the filling, my husband asked the doctor, "Is this the pain after the filling?" The doctor said, "Yes, just take the medicine, it's downstairs." After that, we got the medicine and paid a total of 300,000 Rupiah.…

. Strangely, they didn't give us a receipt or any proof of payment. Straight to the point: The pain medication prescribed didn't work. The filling came out on Sunday morning. Instead of reducing the pain, it got worse after leaving the clinic.
300 thousand wasted, when I came home from there my toothache got worse.
The doctor was good at explaining things. The atmosphere was clean. The only issue was the price mismatch between the doctor and the receptionist. My child's first consultation for a tooth extraction (without any procedure) was charged 100,000. After paying and leaving, the doctor told me it was just a consultation. In the end, I was refunded another 50,000. (Without a receipt or proof of…

payment.) The second time, we ended up having two teeth extracted. They gave me a receipt for 100,000. When I got home, I got a call and told me to go back because they had two teeth extracted, so it was 2 x 100,000. Okay, I went there and paid the difference (even though it was their mistake). Third, I had my child's cavities filled... but only two were filled (because the other two were still sore)... when I got to the receptionist downstairs, on the receipt (I always ask for receipts because of previous experience) it said 4 teeth were filled with a total price of 400,000... because I felt strange... I complained even though only 2 teeth were filled. Finally, the receipt was changed... but the price was still 400,000 with the reason that it was indeed the price without any other explanation. So where is the price benchmark???? 4 teeth filled 400,000... 2 teeth also 400,000??? So it seems like they gave arbitrary prices without a clear price list... the lower one is different... the upper one is different. I'm fed up with this... I won't recommend it to anyone.
Very bad!!!!๐ก๐ก I have often come to this clinic using BPJS.. Once I recommended this clinic to my brother.. Because he doesn't have BPJS.. so he went through the general route.. when I asked the doctor. How much it would cost, the doctor said 400 thousand.. down to the cashier (cashier) it became 500 thousand.. I asked why the cost was different.. the cashier easily said "there was a technical…

error" without a clear note.. just explained the total cost by word of mouth.. There is no CCTV security.. Which makes it easy for the staff to do something. During a pandemic like now, sometimes we have a crisis of trust in health institutions.. but I think positively that not all of them are like that.. but with an incident like this.. Makes me think twice about coming to that clinic again.

My husband's experience at this dentist was very disappointing. Initially, he wanted to have a cavity filled. After the filling was completed and he left the room, my husband immediately screamed and cried in pain. The pain was excruciating, and I don't know if that was part of his reaction or not. In my experience, if the dentist wants to perform a procedure, they always explain/educate the…

patient first so they understand, but here, they didn't explain in detail, but just acted immediately. The next day, my husband immediately developed a fever, and I don't know if it was a side effect of the filling. He wanted to go back for a checkup, but my husband didn't want to because he was already very paranoid about the doctor. Hopefully, in the future, the dentist will provide better service, be friendlier, and provide explanations (communication) or education to patients before performing any procedure.

Friendly receptionist. Bad experience with one general practitioner. When I was sick (recovering from a cold and flu), he doubted the extent of my illness. He grumbled incoherently when the general practitioner who had examined me the day before failed to record my blood pressure or temperature. It took effort to get to the clinic while still feeling weak and out of breath. He belittled my job,…

which seemed to require no rest. My job requires a lot of talking, but even a little bit of talking still left me gasping for breath. This one doctor was truly disappointing.
