I had a wisdom tooth extraction surgery with Dr. Paola and the experience was excellent. At first, I was very nervous, but she and her team made me feel calm and comfortable at all times. My experience at Smile Makers Group was fantastic. Dr. Paola has a great bedside manner. She is knowledgeable about her trade and very informative about any and all procedures that she she did for me. I had 21 teeth pulled, bone grafting done on upper and lower jaw. I had 5 on 5 titanium studs put in with zirconia plates and teeth. I am very happy with the the service and I love my new smile.
I just finished up getting snap on and I'm very happy with finished product! Dr. Mario and Kenia were awesome!

WOW! I’m a 74 year old man with years of experience going to dentists in the states. This is by far the absolute best dental experience ever. No pain, kind gentle care, and a fantastic result! Dra Paula and their team did a great job. It was a process of almost a year for the implant but I am very satisfied with the result. I would recommend Smile Group for a dental implant work.

Best dental experience of my life. Dr. Paulo and the entire staff are amazing. Respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and experts in the business. My wife had a 4 on 4 on top and bottom and her new smile is perfect. Dr. Paulo is meticulous and makes sure there are no imperfections. Highly recommend Smile Makers!!!!

Was charged a lot of money with no advanced notice. The dentist was not really friendly this time. The whole appointment was not what I expected. Very disappointed.

Had high hopes but it didn't happen. The staff were nice but that was the only thing good about it. My friend was supposed to get implants but they said there wasn't enough bone so they said they couldn't do it. Talked us into a way over priced cleaning and made a terrible set of retainer teeth. They didn't fit right, wound up breaking 2 days later. We went to a dentist in phoenix who told us…

Hi John: We're sorry you had a bad experience with Smile Makers Group. We apologize that you felt your cleaning was overpriced, your friend couldn't get implants because of a lack of bone density and your retainer didn't fit properly & broke. As you're aware, we take dental quality very seriously and with your friend we found it impossible to provide dental implants based on our 4D scan of your friend's jaw bones. After detailed analysis by our oral surgeon (Dr. Mario), we made the unfortunate recommendation to NOT proceed with dental implants: we preferred not to proceed as there was an undue risk of the dental implants failing. It is our policy to NOT treat patients if the dental outcome has too high a risk for failure. With regards to your retainer, we have a dental lab warrantee and if it is broken we are happy to fix it. Please send us a picture of the broken retainer and email it to us at [email protected] and we can proceed with the warrantee process. We look forward to help you fix your broken retainer.
It was all very professional except we were told that hotel was included in the $11,000 price , but now we are told that you will not cover the hotel cost for our September visit…we are not happy about that at all!!

The ladies that helped me were wonderful, the Docter was amazing as well. Very professional and nice people.
