I have been going to Smile MakeOver for about 6 years. The obscene costs for dental work, even with good insurance, made it far more economical than in the US. The staff technicians, Dentists and Reception are professional, caring and helpful. A transport car picks me up and takes me back to my hotel. The office is more modern than any in the US. My first visit was because I needed 24,000$ of dental work in the US. Insurance payed 10,000$. I got the work done for 7000$ with great sedation. Excellent work with no regrets. Follow-ups required 2 implants and a root canal among other procedures ( I know I’m a mess). But all went great every time. No burning cars, no selling me extra stuff, no arguments. Just good work at extremely good prices.

-Double charged my credit card for work done. -Provided no reciepts for work done. -Claimed they would send a PayPal, never sent it. -Forgot to do the most major filling, and had to fo back to the Dentist 4 times in 8 days. -Very confused as to why they are a 4.9 star rating. We had a TON of issues and still haven't been paid for the double charge.
